	Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but pretty soon I'm starting a fic with a friend who's not very "into" Star Wars. She likes the movies and listens very nicely to my long-winded schpiels, but has never read the books. Anyway, since I'll be cleaning up the fic with the technical details and such before I post it, I wanted to know if anyone knew about Star Wars student life? We wanted one character to have been a scholar, not a military person, and were wondering if there's some equivalent of PhD. We wanted this character to have basically the equivalent of a doctorate in astrophysics... but I haven't really seen much in the way of civilian resources. 	We already have our own character, I was just wondering if anyone had some info on Star Wars civilian student life, Rebellion Era. 	I think the first thing you have to decide is whether the scholar was Imperial-educated, Rebel-educated, or neither. Imperial or neither, you could probably treat the education the same way you would real world education.
