Monday Mush Mania VII: June 2nd, 2008!!
Here it is!!!! As always, you can write for the challenge, or you can not write for it...your decision! Or, you can always write two! 
MMM VII Challenge: Write a story in which there is some sort of iter-personal conflict...and then an appropriately mushy resolution! NOTE: Please notice the "interpersonal" part! This is not a detonators-exploding, blasters-shooting conflict, its an argument/fight/conflict. The conflict can be about anything (serious or silly--your choice!) but it must be fixed with a kiss!!!
Sound good everyone? In keeping with the wonderful mush "lessons" given by ginchy, Jade_pilot and others, I'm going to try to keep something going until the actual date! So, keep looking, a discussion is on the way!

Yeah, another challenge!
Hmm... it appears like this challenge might force me to break down and write a romantic mush story (nothing wrong with that, but I've got a reputation to uphold  ). *Goes off to figure out how to write a fight/argument solved by a kiss w/o having romance*.
I may just write two.

Ok...so to keep up the tutorial, learning wonderfulness that ginchy started....I'd like to announce:
The Wonderful Word Workshop!!!!
Here's how it works. I'm giving you all five common words...words we all use a LOT when writing mush:
1. Say
2. Smile
3. Touch
4. Held
5. Love
Now, in order to become better writers (and write better mush!) take these words and come up with some more...imaginative synonyms. Now, I know we could all just dig out a thesaurus, but that's not the point of this exercise! The point is to use our mind (yes, we d have them!) and think of appropriate words that could enliven up our writing!
Sound good?

2. Smirk, beam, grin
3. Caress, poke, tickle, brush.
4. Embraced, cleaved to, clasped, clinged to
5. Adore/Adoration, devotion, worship
Ok, that's all I can come up with on the top of my head. That was fun, btw, I love synonyms almost as much as I love puns.
