I got this Challenge done years ago!  Seriously, one of my very first fanfic projects had been along these same lines.
If I find the time, I'd love to write it all over again. With better grammar and spelling, of course.

I am pleased to say that I actually was able to write out the main story for mine, now I'm just working on making it less choppy and a tad bit less cheesy. Was there a rule for how long it must be?

I don't believe we set a limit, but fairy tales tend to be short, so it'd be best as a one post story... though you can fit alot in a post.
