	I have a rather strange plot bunny...it's an odd paring, so here goes Qui-Gon doesn't take Obi-Wan as his padawan, instead leaving him on bandomeer. Off-World still has its mining thing going on and obi still gets kidnapped but qui doesn't realize this until much later. Instead Xanatos finds obi after a mining accident, in which he lost some of his memory. Xani decides to train 'Ben' himself and eventually they become lifemates. Xanis' having Ben helps keep him from turning fully dark and this leads them to save some innocent people after something happens? This brings them to the attention of the jedi order. I have already named this 'Lost in the Dark' there are a lot of empty spots but you can fill them...consider it creative licence ...more like I couldn't think of anything else I'd try writing this myself but I suck at dialouge, I wouldn't do it justice so feel free to try writing this ..thing..
