They can be from a family of Jedi or Sith, bounty hunters or smugglers, kings and queens or politicians. Whatever you can think of, even if it's something less grand; perhaps someone from a long line of people who clean the portable toilets of the galaxy? Add to the mix that the story should center around the pressures spawned from this twist of fate, living up to the family name or being in such a position where you effect the lives of millions of people. Choose one of your particularly strong characters and put them in a position where they are tempted to do some something that would be construed as unwise, immoral or just plain wrong. Remember, we often give into temptation because we are able to rationalize/justify our choices, e.g., it’s ok to murder a dozen younglings, because Padme will live… Entries: A. Every injury has a story and let's hope your OCs have insurance. Tell the story of a OC's scar or other injury--it doesn't have to be permanent, require stitches or an extended soak in the bacta tank (unless that would make you happy). Do not kill your OC. There are many traditions around the world that use this season to celebrate the people who have gone through the veil before them. In Mexico, it is the Day of the Dead. Pagans celebrate Samhain and the Dumb Supper. Christians have All Saints Day. Have your OC remember and acknowledge their ancestors. It's easy to write about humans since everyone can relate to them. So for this challenge, try writing a story from the point-of-view of an alien.
