Looky looky, a posty after almost three months. Sorry for the delay, but here we are!

“You what?”
Jen shrugged, sipping her hot chocolate. “You heard.”
Kyp burst out laughing, rubbing his eyes as he shook his head. “And what did she do?”
“She started sputtering something about assault charges I think. I wasn’t really listening.” Jen shrugged, smiling faintly. “All I know is that General Antilles was escorting the Hiatee’s off base first thing this afternoon.”
“It will be interesting to hear what she tells the Alderaanian Council.”
“I have a feeling I know what she’ll tell them.”
“Good thing we have Leia as a mother-in-law.”
“Just you remember Leia isn’t the only senator around here, but yes, I have a feeling Leia will deal with them.” Jen downed the last of her hot chocolate, setting the mug down and looking up.
For a long while there was silence, Kyp slowly beginning to fidget beneath her gaze before he abruptly stood. “Stang it! You’re as bad as Jaina!”
Jen smiled sweetly as he took up her mug to refill it. “Great minds think alike.”
“I wouldn’t say that.”
Jen shrugged, watching him as he returned. “So where did you get the recipe, anyway? It’s rather good.”
“So it would seem.” He handed her the mug. “Luke gave me the recipe, actually. And he got it from Lando. I think Lando got it from one of his smuggling friends.”
“One of his female smuggling friends no doubt.”
Kyp chuckled, dropping back into his seat. “You’ve only been with us a couple of months, and you’re already got us all worked out.”
Jen shrugged, smiling. “Han gave me several datacards about the history of the Solo/Skywalker family and their friends. Wes and Hobbie also told me a lot.”
“Wes and Hobbie?” Kyp pulled a face. “I’d ignore anything those two say. No doubt we’re all spice addicts with gay tendencies.”
“Close.” Jen winked, taking another sip from her drink. “They said the spice addict thing, but you were all cross-dressers.”
“Is that so?” Kyp raised an eyebrow. “You don’t really believe them, do you?”
“Not a word.” Jen smiled, glancing toward the chrono. “Jaina and Jacen should be back soon.”
“Mm-hm.” Kyp rubbed his jaw as dark eyes narrowed. “Do you have any idea what General Antilles wanted with them?”
“If Jacen knew, he didn’t tell me, but I think it had something to do with the Hiatee’s and the Fel’s.”
“I’m surprised the Alderaanian Council hasn’t tried divorcing me and Jaina so she can marry Jag.”
“Better watch what you say, or they just might.” Jen’s eyes sparkled as she watched him. “Though I doubt very much they would want to anger the murderer of billions.”
“It does have an upside.” Kyp tossed her a wink. “Regret having come back here with me?”
“Still trying to work that out, though I’ve made a mental note to never go with you anywhere ever again. You’re too much trouble.”
He shot her a mock hurt look that made Jen laugh. He leant back in his seat, picking at a bit of dirt under his nail. “So did Jacen tell you that he and I were taking the X-wings out tomorrow?”
“He conveniently neglected to mention that.” Jen looked toward him. “So how come Jaina and I aren’t going?”
“I think that’s self-explanatory.”
“You do realise I have a blaster.”
“You ‘do’ remember I am a Jedi Master.” Kyp glanced up toward her. “It’s just a training exercise, Jen. I want to work Jacen through a couple of manoeuvres, that’s all. I’ll take you up once you get better.”
“Get ‘better’?” Jen glared at him. “What, so we get pregnant and suddenly we’re too sick to do anything? That’s just typical of-”
“Jen, let’s not start this again.” Kyp narrowed his eyes. “Take it out on Jacen. He’s the one who knocked you up, not me.”
“True, he did.” Jen looked thoughtful before she nodded. “I’ll let you off this time, but next time I’m going to-”
They looked up as the door opened, Jacen and Jaina talking as they entered the apartment. As they neared the two Deyerians Jacen slowly became aware of a pair of deep green eyes glaring heatedly toward him. Jacen frowned, looking up.
“Something wrong, Honey?”

I can't predict when the next update will be, but keep checking the date. Hopefully it won't be three more months until the next update.

OOOOOKKK this is quite interesting. I just did a MAJOR read of this story. It's really really really good. I love everything soo far. The beginning had me a bit leary cause of the whole Jacen girlly thing, i don't like that view of the poor guy. I loved how naturally flowing this story is. I hope that there is more soon. Could I bother you for a PM when you do get a new post up??

I read all of this in one night and I say this is hilarious. Wes is a dress, hey, that rhymes! I don't think I ever want to imagine that again. This is great. Super Master and Knight Boy make me think of Batman and Robin for some reason. Odd, huh? I see you're a Beyblade fan. No offense but I hate the show. I don't mind talking about to anyone about it and I won't diss it if the person likes the show. You'd hate it too if your brother made you watch it. I really like Jen, but I'm still all for J/TK. one of my favorite things was when Jen punched Senator Hiatee. That bakayaro got what she deserved. This is awesome! Any more soon?
