	Great description of Willtam's dilemma, anf yes I definitely enjoyed seeing things from his p-o-v. All she has received is Willtam’s patronizing smile. His eyes cold and completely silent, Willtam does not react to any punishment. He has had Mind Probe Resistance training as well as other training to resist all forms of assault (from drugs to torture). I wonder how he'd get on against my granddaughter. Hee hee. He'd need earmuffs at the very least. Yes it's good to be an unknown sometimes. 	Thanks for your replies, everyone! Sorry about the delay. The bunching up of midterms, papers, and projects has left me with no time and little sleep. head hits keyboard Youch...ah ha, a little random, but I am working on the next chapter. I don't know how I was able to write it, but I somehow managed. I'll try to have it up by this weekend. Flowerbee Yes, it's going to get even more interesting! RebelMom LOL! Did you mean that in a good way? ^^U Ah, Willtam's next chat is not going to be a simple walk in the park that's for sure. Shadesaw His mission, as you guys probably figured out, was to do some intell on this planet (checking out the claims of the Kolistian agents there). 	Ah...I'm so behind!!! College took me out-too many things right before Finals, but hey I aced my classes! Okay, here's the next update-enjoy and R&R please! ~~~~* Chapter 34 Halo’s Tsu Hotel, Alphen, Laten, Matas System As everyone gathered around the table in one of the grander rooms of the hotel, Theo motions for everyone to take a seat. He looks around the room focusing on each person’s face before catching Karina’s eye. She nods encouragingly and Theo says, “As you are all aware, we are only two days out from Nirauin and there will be a battle between the Sith forces and us.” Han raises an eyebrow before saying, “Are you asking whether we really want to do this?” The others look at them, with Leia and Luke stifling their smiles, and looks towards the two Royals. Karina shakes her head and says, leaning in, “No, we are not. We are simply warning you of the coming dangers. The Kolistians will be going in no matter what, since Theo and I have no intention of turning back. It seems our people do not wish to leave us.” Serena Maurin snorts and says, “How could you believe otherwise, Your Excellencies?” Theo and Karina grin before Karina continues, “We plan on landing in the capital city of Salenaina as normal travelers. We can suppress our Force signatures if we work as one, though I’m sure that the Sith will soon realize our presence.” “Ah, but we can use the time to our advantage,” Ash says, looking towards Luke, Mara, Leia, and Han. The four exchange glances before Leia says, “What do you plan to do once we land?” “There is an exceptional hotel where most travelers stay and if we go in separate groups that would lessen the chances of immediate detection,” Theo says, looking around at the others. The New republic agent Rei Micti suddenly adds in, “You make it sound so easy! How are we suppose to keep a low profile when some of us are well known?” She looks meaningfully at Luke and Leia who share a silent look and conversation. Mara raises and eyebrow and says, “We’ll keep a low profile and stay as inconspicuous as possible. The Sith will know we’re there eventually anyway. These ones are not stupid and are strangely hiding their sense of arrogance.” “So far, anyway,” Nickian says and Karina raises an eyebrow an her son. She continues, “We though a meeting was in order to organize our direct approach between the Jedi, Kolistian, and Republic forces. It is fortunate that we are all together since the Sith threaten us all.” “Agreed. What do you have in mind for dealing with the Sith?” Leia says as Luke adds, “How many Sith do you think we will come across-the minimum amount?” “We don’t know…at least sixty.” “Sixty?!” Rei yells, before anyone else could even open his or her mouths. She stares at the Jedi, Han, and Mirax. “Have you guys gone mad?” “I always have to wonder,” Han says, earning an exasperated look from Leia as Mara rolls her eyes. Karina says, “Let’s focus, shall we?” “There are around forty of us,” Jaina adds with a small smile as Anakin grins. Jacen shakes his head and asks, “So what’s the plan?” “Glad you asked!” Theo says pulling on an oversized data pad. He sets it in the middle of the table and full almost transparent screens appear around a holographic representation of Nirauin. Everyone moves in closer and looks at the data shown on the four main screens around the planet. “This holds as much information as we have been able to gather on Nirauin as well as the limited knowledge of the Sith presence. Also we have heard rumors on how there are nights where the stars disappear and a cold, dark fog swirls around the cities, especially right around Salenaina,” Karina explains before touching the highlighted point on the globe. The screens display the information on the city while the holographic image splits into multiple viewpoints on the city-from parks to buildings. The detail is perfect and an amazing display of the city. Looking at the information and especially the displays of the city, Anakin nearly gasps. The residential section is just how it was in his vision. Exactly. A perfect representation of his dream, and Anakin turns his gaze to Karina. As he meets her eyes, Anakin realizes that she knows what he is thinking about. //Well, she’s known to have visions of the future…but is it exactly like mine? The future is always in motion, we can deal with this.// Jaina looks at her little brother and frowns slightly, there is definitely something going on with him. Jacen also looks at his little brother, knowing that he is missing a very important detail. “Also, I have been having vivid visions of the future and I am not the only one,” Karina says, looking at everyone in turn. She is obviously letting Anakin decide whether or not, he wants to tell everyone that he is seeing a possible future. Anakin says, “I’ve seen this planet in my dreams and the holocron has been speaking to me about another prophecy.” Everyone looks at him curiously and he explains the words of the Jedi master. Leia blanches and Luke gives his twin sister a worried glance. Everyone looks at them before Karina and Theo says, “We are here for you-your shield and sword.” “I am right behind you, Mom, Uncle Luke!” Anakin says, standing up. His eyes shine with his determination and Corran adds, “Of course, I’m with you. This is something we all have to do and I will support you with all I have.” “Me too!” Serena says with everyone else grinning and adding his or her agreement. Luke flushes and the fear on Leia’s face disappears. Her eyes narrow in determination and she says, “We’re together and there’s nothing to stop us.” Everyone immediately goes quiet as they sense the rest of their group comes up to the door. Luke opens his mouth to tell them to join them, but they all sense a sense of danger. The Jedi barely share a glance before running for the door. It opens to show ten surprised Republic and Kolistian agents/soldiers looking at them. Karina demands, “Where are the rest of you?” “They are not here?” one of the Kolistian agents says, his eye widening in realization. Karina looks at Theo and says, “Is our secret out already?” “We still have to go,” Luke says and looks towards his sister and brother-in-law. Han says, “It’s the crazy Jedi thing. Time to stay together.” “Safety in numbers, eh?” Kiana Ti says, looking at the others. Theo says, “Let’s look for the others, but we’ll have to split into at least two groups.” “Come on, “ Rei says, to the Jedi’s faint amusement, which disappears as quickly as it, came. Theo, Karina, Leia, Luke, Corran, Serena, Seth, and Kiana Ti each lead a group to search the hotel as low key as possible. “Keep in contact at all time in both ways,” Luke says, and everyone nods. Rei looks a bit confused and Serena explains that the Jedi will keep in mental connection as well. They split up. ~~~~ Never a dull moment, eh? Sorry that this is a little bit later than I thought. 	Well, classes should be more important than multi-year long stories Its always good to have a plan. I wonder if it will go typically Skywalker/Solo-ish (i.e. wrong). 	Okay lost motivation but I got it back-must be the fact that I feel like hit my head against my desk b/c I'm so bored in class! Moving right along, here's the next update for you guys! I love you! ~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 35 Seventh Level Hallway, Halo’s Tsu Hotel, Alphen, Laten, Matas System Moving quickly out of the hotel rooms, four New Republic personnel and one Kolistian agent walk towards the lift to meet the Jedi and their people. Ten soldiers and agents have already gone to the dining room where the Jedi are holding their secret meeting. “Hurry, we’re late,” one of the republic soldier, Ain Myn says to the others. His brown hair peeks out from his brownish hat that matches his New Republic uniform. The other New Republic personnel nod while the Kolistian rolls his eyes. The Kolistian, Lai Plunyn, says, “We must make sure that we have everything before we go. Have you double checked?” “We do have everything,” Liam Neckle says, his blue eyes looking around at their surroundings. Lai raises one eyebrow but says nothing. Instead the Kolistian straightens his ankle length black jacket-that has matching pants and knee high boots-then the midnight blue tunic underneath lined with forest green and dark royal blue trimmings. Aya Nen says, “I can confirm that!” “Me too,” Lee Mitchell says with a smile. Ain says with exasperation, “Then we can leave now! Any objections?!” “Calm down and let’s return to the others,” Lai says about to push the button to summon the lift. He looks to the right then does a double take. Ain says, “What?” “Run, but try not to look like we are running…” “Huh?” Aya says before Lai grabs her and Liam’s arms, and starts back towards the rooms. Lee follows the Kolistian as he sees his superior’s, Ain’s, face pale. Ain immediately catches up to Lai with wide hazel eyes. “Will someone explain?!” Aya hisses before Ain and Lai shush her in unison. The other three New Republic soldiers look worried and Liam starts to open his mouth. “Shut up will you?” Ain says, “do I have to make that an order?!” “You want an explan`ation? We saw a Sith and it looks like he was se`arching for something! Time to find a`nother way to the others! We must ale`rt the Jedi and I must tell my queen and king!” Lai whispers, his accent coming out, as they pass the rooms that they had just left. Hurrying to the opposite connecting hallway, the group turns right and quickly looks for another lift. After passing more hallways, Liam points to an information sign and says, “Turn left and a lift is just a little bit further down!” Walking quickly, the others nod and immediately turn left at the next corner. The right side of the hall becomes a huge window overlooking the back of the hotel, showing an amazing scenery in the background. Mountains and rivers can be seen even from this distance and Lee pauses to look. Liam grabs his arm and says, “Not the time to sightseeing!” “Or maybe it is!” Aya says, her eyes widening as she looks up ahead and to the left. A dark cloaked person is looking out at another clear window with a lightsaber barely peeking out. He is also talking into a commlink. Lai gasps and pulls everyone towards the window and sees an enclosed bridge to the right. They dive towards it, quickly moving to the other side. “Um, anyone have any idea where we’re going?” Aya says and Lee says, “Who cares? We have to get away!” “I care,” Lai says, looking behind them as he pushes up the aqua sunglasses he’s wearing. “We have seen at least two of these Sith, so it is logical that there will at least a few more of them! We must move as quickly as possible.” Liam looks back to see the Sith at the entrance of the glass enclosed bridge and says, “Don’t look back, but oh my God, he’s at the entrance!” “Focus on your mental shields right now!” Lai commands and the others nod quickly as they exit the bridge and try to move as fast as possible to the crowded hallway near them. Hallways of Halo’s Tsu Hotel, Alphen, Laten, Matas System Moving as casually as they can, in eight groups of about four people, they search for their missing five members. Leia, Han, Jacen, and Jaina quickly to the north most side of the hotel, while Kolistian Agent Serena, Kolistian Jedi Lillian, and Kolistian Agent Naiyn wait at the dining room. Just in case the soldiers and agent actually make their way back, though the Jedi feel that is highly unlikely. Heading towards the closest lift, Karina, Ash, Nickian, and Rei decide that they will go up to the seventh level. Hopefully, the missing group is somewhere on that level. Theo, Seth, Mickial, and Sirtie head towards the magnificent red and white marble staircase in the main lobby of the hotel. They will play the part of the awed and happy tourists in order to fool whoever may be watching them. Corran, Mirax, Santi, and Rachie (another Kolistian Agent) head the south most part of the hotel where the elaborate entertainment halls and projections are displayed. Seth, Ric, Xiam, Catia join forces with Kirana Ti, Walin, Jamus, and Thom to search the front of the hotel and the immediate surroundings. Of course, they will split up later in order to cover more ground. Heading towards the back part of the hotel, to the west side that has an incredible view of nearby mountains and rivers, Luke’s group goes towards the gardens and pools. Luke, Mara, Anakin, and Anu feel that they should keep together as much as possible. Even if it’s just to go different ways around a pool. One of the Southern side lifts, Halo’s Tsu Hotel, Alphen, Laten, Matas System Leaning against the left side of the lift, Karina looks outside at the scenery and sighs. Ash, opposite of her, looks at Karina and says, “Is something wrong?” “You mean besides this little predicament?” Nickian hides at smile at his mother’s cynical comment, while Rei decides to remain silence. Ash shakes her head with her own smile before saying, “Will this compromise our plans?” “Not if we find them first. Also, I have a weird feeling that if we hurry we may be able to actually use this to our advantage.” Instantly, three pairs of eyes are staring at her with confusion, and Karina laughs softly. She says, “Just a feeling, that’s all. Of course, things continue to change therefore nothing is certain. Keep your eyes open for anything that seems out of place.” “Out of place?” Rei says, her eyebrows raising. Ash looks at her before grinning and saying, “What else would you like to look out for?” “People who look evil?” Rei says with a self-deprecating shrug. “Look evil?” Nickian says, laughing at the New republic officer, as she glares at him. Karina raises an eyebrow and decides that her group is a little more interesting than she originally thought. “Wow, that’s beautiful,” Ash says, looking out the main glass window. Rei opens her mouth but the lift dings at the seventh level. “Follow me,” Karina says, gliding out of the lift and into the seventh level hallway. Nickian comes up behind and says, “Which way?” “We shall go left.” Karina immediately starts walking down the hallway and the others are forced to run to catch up with her. Rei says to Ash, “A little demanding, isn’t she?” “She is a queen,” Ash answers with a large grin before moving ahead to more next Karina. Ash says, “We’re going the right way, but something’s a little off…” “What?” Rei says, looking around them trying to be as inconspicuous as possible. The Jedi reach out with their senses as well as watch their surroundings. Rei twitches with annoyance when the Jedi do not answer her. The Jedi look at her and say, “We have a bad feeling about this.” “Sorry I asked,” Rei says, looking a bit taken back and uncomfortable. Some of the Jedi things are starting to unnerve especially when they talk as one…creepy! “We need to hide or something!” Nickian suddenly hisses, and Karina stares at him before diving right at the next hall intersection. Ash grabs a confused Rei and they follow the two royals, who are looking back and forth for a…hiding place? “What are we doing?!” Rei says loudly before Karina puts a finger to her lips to tell Rei to be quiet. Ash says, “A Sith is nearby and we have hidden presence, so don’t worry. We also have alerted the rest of us that we have company.” “It seems the Sith have yet to notice us, but any misstep and they will know we are and coming to Nirauin,” Nickian says, as Rei realizes that Karina is moving slowly towards a balcony to their left. She is keeping low before moving to crouch near the furniture pressed against the waist high balcony wall. Nickian and Ash go to her side and Ash leans against the wall where there is a space between the furniture. Nickian lies across couch near his mother and Ash, and everyone looks towards Rei who immediately goes to the edge of the wall just before the balcony begins. Rei looks at the Jedi with concern but all three of them smile encouragingly. Ash whispers, “We’ve masked ourselves so keep quiet and look over the rail for us. We will use the Force and Nickian will be the decoy if anyone is looking at us. Be careful to not be seen, okay?” “Easier said than done,” Rei mutters to herself, but looks over the balcony to the levels below them. She peeks two levels down where there is a another balcony that is out from the fifth level with a rail. There is one black-cloaked man with his hood down revealing a light skinned human with midnight black hair. His companion is a crimson haired female dressed in a spacer’s outfit-black boots, brown pants, holster, waist length green jacket and white shirt. “Are they…?” “Yes,” Karina says before tilting her head so her right ear is near the top on the balcony wall. Her elven looking ear twitches as she strains to hear something. Rei stares before asking in surprise, “Can you hear them?” “Shhhh!” Ash and Nickian cry softly, staring at her incredibility. Rei’s face goes red before she describes the male and female who are talking on the fifth level balcony. “Oh, that’s interesting…” Karina says to herself but the others look at her. Nickian raises an eyebrow at his mother and is tempted to strain his advanced hearing as well. One of the benefits of not being fully human after all. “Time to go!” The other three stare at Karina who is already moving back towards the lift almost on her hands and knees. Nickian stares at her before hearing her voice in his head and he quickly rolls off the couch and following her. Ash rushes after them while Rei pulls back from the wall and looks at Karina who reaches her. “I’ll tell you guys in a minute but we need to get across the hall and then go right,” Karina says before adding, “don’t ask just yet. Trust me!” Rei, Ash, and Nickian nod and they all run down the lush red carpet and past the carved wood trimmings of the softly color brown walls of the hallway. Rei, Ash, and Nickian are about to turn right at the next hall but Karina tells them to go to the third hallway. They pass quickly by the first and second hallways before whipping around the third intersection and going right. “Turn left at the next hallway,” Karina says, and the others follow her lead. She runs down that beautiful hallways whose only distinction from the other hallways is the large mural on the left side of the hallway. Karina then turns right down the next hallway before going up four intersections and going right. “I am so confused now!” Ash says, looking at Karina who continues to run down the hallways. Rei asks, “Where are we going?” “Mom, tell us what you heard!” Nickian says, as he easily keeps up with his mother. Karina replies, without stopping, “They are waiting for any sigh of us or any Republic/Jedi groups in general. There are multiple worlds around Nirauin that the Sith are searching for us. Also, the female Sith was telling the other that they found a small group of people that may or may not be what they are looking for. We’re using what you could call the scenic route to the gardens, pools, and glass bridges where you can see the best view of this part of the planet. We must get there before them!” “Wait a minute. Isn’t that where Luke, Mara, Anakin, and Anu went to search for the five missing people?” Ash says, casting a glance at Karina. Karina nods and says simply, “Indeed.” “Uh oh, this is not going to be good. Can we warn them?” “We were taking a chance before and I’m pretty sure they are now searching for anyone who even seems to be related to the Republic or the Jedi,” Ash says. “And especially us, right?” “Yes, but let’s focus on getting to Luke and the others!” Karina says, turning right at the next hall then immediately left at the first intersection. Rei cries, “Now I’m completely lost! How do you know where to go? I thought that you can basically know which direction you guys go but how to get through…?” “We can using the force,” Nickian says with Ash adding, “Though we’re not…how are you doing that?” Karina rolls her eyes and says, “I memorized the layout of this hotel, okay? Keep moving!” “Where are we?” Rei demands. Karina look at her with annoyance and says dryly, “What do you want me to draw you a map while we run?” “…” “Moving on, we are coming up on the open glass bridge over the first garden,” Karina says. “Are they near by?” “Who?” “The Jedi, soldiers, agents, or Sith?” Nickian adds with a small smile. Rei glares and says, “I don’t care-tell me who is closest to us?” “I believe our five missing people are closest to us but a Sith is closer to them!” Karina says with Ash adding, “And Luke, Mara, Anakin, and Anu are now coming up to the fifth level…” Nickian says, looking at his mother, whose eyes widen, “The four soldiers and our agent have now taken a nearby staircase to the fifth level!” “Looks like they’re going to run into Luke and Mara first!” Ash says while they start to go over the glass bridge. “Hope you’re not afraid of heights.” “Fear is of the dark side!” Nickian says with a grin as he quickly looks down at the bright green, red, purple, plants and marble benches all layout in perfect interconnecting circles. “Focus!” Karina says, reaching the end of the glass bridge and moving towards the nearest marble staircase. “Are we following them?” Rei asks, trying to piece everything together as they continue to frantically run down the hallway. “Yes!” Karina says, before adding, “The Sith is almost to them and their mental shields may not last long enough to prevent the Sith from figuring out that we’re all here!” “What do we do?” “I don’t know!” Ash cries! “What? How are we going to stop one Sith is a problem then what about the other ones?” “Calm down and think about what you can do!” Nickian says. They reach the marble staircase and go as quickly as they can down the almost slippery steps. Karina says, “I know what to do, so relax! We need to prevent the Sith from calling out to the others and jam their commlinks. This will give us time to gather everyone and head to Nirauin as soon as possible.” “How? Luke and the others are going to run into the Sith and the five before we do. We must surprise them!” “What do you think I’m planning to do?” Karina says, annoyed at the New Republic soldier who cannot seem to just shut up. “Keep your lightsabers and blaster ready and be ready to ambush the Sith before he or she can warn the others.” They come to the fifth level and dive off the staircase to the landing and hit the fifth level running. “They’re up ahead!” Ash says, as they come to a large lobby like area. “Over there!” “Oh no!” Rei cries and Nickian looks at her and nearly yells, “What wrong with you now?” “Have they caught them?” “NO, they haven’t! So be quiet!” the Jedi says in unison, trying to remain calm. They slow down and swiftly move down the hallway, keeping to the doorways. “Are you guys ready to fight?” Karina asks, her blue eyes narrowing to glint like hard jewels. The others nod and they run with their weapons held tightly in their hands. They come to the last hall and see what seems almost unreal… (End chapter 35) ~~~~ Like?
