	How Would I Come by Doing the Storm/clone trooper Comlink effect...Is there A Program i need to Download ...i use Audicity(because Its Free!!!)and have tried Many things but Its All Crap!!!!! Straightens up Any Suggestions?(must Be Free)

	Select your sound clip. Go to Effect ---> Equalization (EQ). A new window appears with a line in a smaller box. You can click on the line to create a new point, and drag this point up and down or left and right. To get something like this comlink effect of which you speak, try this on your voice track: and then add a white noise track (Generate ----> White noise, then select your white noise audio, go to Effect ----> Amplify, set the slider all the to the left) then go to Equalization again, and make a curve like this: Voila. 	That Worked A Bit! I'll Keep Woking On it......But I still Dont Know what the White noise thing is for. When I click Okay its Adds the White noise to The Very Front Of the Audio clip.
