	Note that there are as many Sweidsh Meatball recepies as there are Swedish mothers. They all are similar but differ in the details. The best meatballas are always moms meatballs. Hence the brand name "Mamma Scan" is selling well but frankly both my wife and my mom beats Mamma Scan to crap on the meatball front I dont handle prefab meatballs well. Meatballs should be home-made. As for Sill, it's an aqquired taste, and it's hard to aqquire if you dont do it right, i.e. with: - some fresh boiled potatoes (potato that has been out of the ground for longer than 10 minutes before being cooked is not "fresh") - chopped leek - sour cream - SHCNAPPS! (Prefferably "O.P. Andersson Aquavit") THAT is swedish midsummer AND christmas most important ingredient-combination right there.
