I'll make any lightsaber hilt for anybody on here of ANY design for $10-$25 depending on length and it's versitility!!!
(depending on materials may cost more, ( plastic, fiber glass, rubber ect. ect.) but no more then what I pay for the materials.)
P.M. me. I make props for a living and love making lightsabers, it is a hobby and all I ask is for compinsation for materials, I wont really even make money, but I will have fun making them, so if anybody wants a custom saber made of highly like metalic plastic, or metal, P.M. me and it's yours.

if you can make ones similiar to mine or Randomsabers and will sell them for $10 to $25 bucks, damn. That's awfully nice of you... and crazy.  You're gonna put other custom saber makers out of business with prices like that. What's your physical address again?

As far as advertising, um.... why dont you bring that up to some moderaters like Scott who is selling soundtracks and DVD's on this very site??? He makes money off his stuff, I dont make money off my stuff, it's just a helpfull service for the next month, so if you want a full boba fett costume or just a lightsaber or even a remot control full scale r2-d2, get it now at the cost of supplies and s&h, or pay a crap load later : ), Just a lil mental break from Luna, my baby project
Hell, I can even make exact replica proton packs, anything you want, from models to props, is yours at the cost of fabrication for a limited time, JUMP ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't go there with the "Dorkman RVD2 DVD" thing because what certain popular people (or mods) can get away with here is a sore subject with me. Nonetheless, neat service you're offering. Unfortunately I can't think of anything I would want... wait. Can you make functional Predator knife gauntlets? I have always wanted one of those. Not that I can afford it mind you, even at discount prices *sigh*.

Um, if there cheap to fabricate, I can do it. I basically need a break from a shredded heart and soul, I know  and a break from my movie, but If you pm me some stills or post em, I'll build them!!! within a week!!! : )
P.S. Unless you have an actual lightsaber inginition with sound, I cant see that costing you more then $30-$40 bucks.

what kind? PB and J, Tuna, Ham, Bantha meat is expensive and very rare, but doable...
P.S. Jawa meat sandwich is a dime a dozen, $3 for Jawa sandwich's, anybody??? Anybody??? They go stale pretty quick though.

The 3rd saber is one I did all on my own as a commission for Robi-Wan, a member of these very boards. Thus making it the first saber that I made completely from scratch. It was based off of one of his designs. It was very hard to make as he did not want any screws holding it together (which required steel epoxy instead) and certain parts had to be powder coated. Also because of the unique emitter design, it had to be made of 3 pieces. The cut-outs on the handle were also a challenge but they came out how I wanted them too (thank goodness). Not counting the two screws or the covertech knob, this saber is comprised of 6 parts. This saber hilt cannot take electronics and can hold up to a 3/4" dia. blade.

I recently bought some pvc tubes, very small diameter for blades, and I had an idea: I could also buy foam tubing really cheaply, in case your afraid your going to hit each other, it wont hurt lol, then when you've got ur moves right u can take it off and fight normally without getting hit (Hopefully)

The SCA and myself have beaten you to it... many years ago. They're called "boffers". Most of the boffers I made represented swords. However, I did make 1 or 2 that looked like lightsabers. Here's a pic of the first boffer hilt I made that resembled a lightsaber. Blade is shown sans foam.
