I just saw Redbelt.
It was amazing. Go see it. I don't have time to be more detailed than that, because if I get going I'll be on about it for pages (and may do so in my blog a little later). I'm slowly starting to become a Mamet fanboy, which I resisted for a long time.
Seriously though, go see it.

So today is May 19th. That's 3 years since Star Wars Episode III came out. I remember how disappointed I was after the screening.

I was so drained after watching it. I loved every minute (except how Padme died. That raised a couple question marks).
So there.
That means it's good. Mostly.

One of my friends (yes, I have friends aside from on the internet) was determined to be completely spoiler-free -- he wouldn't even watch any of the trailers for Episode III. So, on the way to the theater, I would blurt out as quickly as I could, "Anakin turns into Darth Vader!" which would cause him to cover his ears and say "Lalalalalala!" as loudly as he could for about thirty seconds.
Other variations on the theme were "Padme has twins!" and "The Jedi all die!" and "The Republic becomes the Empire!"
I mean, having seen the OT, there's no way any of these could have been genuine spoilers, but my friend's reaction was priceless . . . . every time.

I have an acount for both, and played them all the time a while back. But I can't remember my log in to my PlayNC account, so I can't renew my subscription. In my opinion, COH was, and still is the best mmo out there. And I've played many. Beta tested many.
Why, prey tell, do you ask?
