Well, that's just me. Doesn't mean it will win. I predict it will be controversial. As I've said before, it's a little more experimental and loose in terms of style. I think that'll work for some people, and not be a hit for others. I'm proud either way, but we'll see.

Well, i have begun audio editing. The first minute of the fight is starting to look and sound good. Way better than last year. Looks like visual effects wont be in mine, except for one required effect, and a few seconds I have already rotoed. I still have 2 or 3 more shots to film, and I am about to film one. Also, I have a question about compression. Will it be a problem if I release the video at a resolution of 360 x 240? It looks fine on my ipod, and looks decent on my monitor(well, for that rez. I didnt shoot in HD). I just have trouble with compression and might have to resort to 360 x 240.

I don't see why it'd be a problem, but why don't you try for 320x240? That's half standard def with square pixels, I don't really get where you're pulling your numbers from.

nope. Based on blender's 720 x 480 ntsc setting, which I use for everything(till I upgrade to HD), i simply just took those two numbers and divided by two. Half of 720 is 360, half of 480 is 240.

Ahh, it is in NTSC.
The 720 is a result of the 0.9 pixel aspect ratio. Without this, it would be 640. Either way works.
