Visual Effects stuff, like sabers and compositing and the like.
I'll try and figure out a way to do what ever needs to be done.
I also do a lot of editing, but I don't know if you guys need any of that.
I'll try and find some clips of work I've done later, I've got all macs set up at the moment and all my stuff is on my pc.

I tried to explain what I had in mind so it made sense. Sorry if I didn't make sense.
Right now the project is with the writing staff, which I am organizing. I'm doing the writing staff's cleanup draft, and will stick with that until either: A.) It is as good as we can make it, or B.) the filmies decide that enough writerly dinking around is enough, and take the script away from us.
At which point, the filmies can do whatever they want with it. I'm sure they'll want more changes, because that is the nature of filmmaking. When they do, you're the only filmie on here who's also a writer, so I'm quite sure it'll be all yours.
But I'm going to at least get it done, and up to a quality I'm happy with before the writing staff turns it over to you guys.
Although some others on the staff disagree, I really think that making changes so that the script has only one running character won't be that tough to do. At this point, our job is to get done. Once we have a draft done, I guess it's up to the people over here to decide:
1.) If they want the script to stay basically as it is, or
2.) If they need a rewrite to get all the rest of the running characters (that can't appear on communications screens) restricted to only their sections of the script, plus whatever other changes they decide they need.
and
3.) If so, whether they want to do that rewrite themselves (i.e., Jed does it), or let the writing staff do that as a whole.

I haven't been on in a while and I just read part four. I'm still happy.
Yeah, the story ideas changed all over the place. I had thoughts of doing massive Sith armies charging at massive Jedi armies with their sabers drawn in a dark, smokey setting with dramatic and tragic music playing in the background. But it wasn't possible as a fan film made by multiple directors from all over the place... yet.

Sorry this is taking longer than I planned. We have major car trouble and have to go out car shopping in 100 degree heat with no money. 
And the Final Draft is taking out some of the formatting, forcing me to go over each and every line with a fine-toothed comb.

This concludes the portion of the script we have done. In short everyone...
WE'RE ALL FRICKIN' DONE EXCEPT FOR THE ENDING!!!!! 
Several of the writing staff have been chewing over the ending for a few days now. BUT, before we can write an ending, we need to hear from the filmies pronto. And here's what we need to know:
1.) Is this story filmable? Or, in other words, do you guys need a rewrite to make things cheaper and easier to film, or to eliminate all running characters but the BOT?
2.) If you need a rewrite, you need to think about who you want to do it. Do you want to handle it yourselves? Or do you want the writing staff to do it?
Once we get this taken care of, I'll post all the possible endings that have been suggested so far, and we'll discuss them and take a vote.
If you wish to submit a possible ending, hurry to the Resource board and post it up on the planning thread.

Okay, normally, I'm all for this sort of thing. In fact, I'll gladly follow anyone who can actually get this sort of thing off the ground for more than fifteen minutes. The logistics involved, however, make it a sort of improbable project.
I'm talking, Improbability-Drive class improbable.
I hate to squash the notion, because I'd love to see it work, but there would have to be some sort of driving force or genuine cause other than "it would be awesome" to see this sort of project to completion.
So, I can't say it'll never happen, but I doubt that it will anytime soon.
ah... look at post number 3 of the topic.
It makes me smile to see how everyone's opinions seemed to have changed.
But the one who got this project off the ground for more than 15 minutes was LLL... with my push for success.
How long has this gone on? Over Six Months? 
We're doing pretty well. Just look at all we've gotten done so far! Six months worth of work. A script is near completion.
We went from Doubt... to HOPE!
