I knew that much.
Although, in Hollywood, the screenplay goes to a whole different writer who changes maybe 20 lines and gets all the screen credit, because he's a big name who makes big bucks. The original writer gets no credit and comparatively little money.

Larson, a live action character, in nearly ever scene with BOT, when most of those scenes will be shot by different crews around the country. I bet the guy playing Larson doesn't want to pay for a plane ticket to go shoot a fan film. (numerous times) So we will be rewriting that.

No. I just did some reading about that when I was studying up on how to write screenplays.
The New Yorker did a big article once about that very problem.

I think we may have a new name for "BOT"...
If you'll go over to the other forum... (link around here someplace, too lazy to find it) LLL's boss just passed away and his knickname was "Spim"... so BOT's name may be "SP-1M" or "SPIM" in honor of the original Spim.

Hey, I have been reading this thread and this is a really great idea. If there's anything ANYTHING I can do to help, please let me know. The following is a very short bit of a screenplay I am writing for a SW Fan film:
EXT. EARTH-CITY DEFENSE TOWER
BOUNTY HUNTER #1's POV:
Bounty hunter 1 is looking through a pair of macro-binoculars down at the dusty city outskirts below. He moves the binoculars and sees the Jedi Fighter lying in the sand. There are footprints leading away from the ship. The camera pans and follows the footprints to the source. They see Master Tholme walking toward the city. Bounty Hunter #1 brings down the macro-binoculars and speaks in his comlink.
BOUNTY HUNTER #1
There is an off-worlder approaching the south gate. Jedi by the looks of him.
BOUNTY HUNTER #3
(over comlink) Get further confirmation.
BOUNTY HUNTER #1
Roger.
Bounty Hunter 1 brings up his macro-binoculars again and zooms in on Master Tholme. His lightsaber can be seen dangling from his hip. He speaks on his comlink again.
BOUNTY HUNTER #1
Yep, he's a Jedi all right.
BOUNTY HUNTER #3
(over comlink) Permission to detain.
Also, below is a bit from a fan fiction novel that me and my best friend are writing:
Malus sneered and slowly unclipped his lightsaber from his belt, taunting the Jedi to attack him. “You are tragically mistaken. I am more powerful that you could possibly imagine. Go ahead, attack me, but you will never succeed in killing me, and I will never surrender.”
He ignited his lightsaber and lunged forward, his attacks were so precise and powerful that the three highly trained Jedi had trouble blocking it. Malus only wielded a single lightsaber, but his newly obtained power gave him the agility and cunning to make it seem as if he were swinging four crimson blades.
However, he was slowly beginning to weaken, he had clearly underestimated the Jedi and the fight was taking much longer than he expected. His breaths came in slow ragged gasps and he knew that he would die if nothing was done soon. He extended his palm and Kolin and Kit Fisto were hit with an invisible permacrete wall that threw them backwards. Now it was one on one, and Master Kolar was clearly petrified.
In an instant, the better fighter won, Malus’ blade cut cleanly through Kolar’s neck, sending his disembodied head flying across the room toward the other Jedi. There was a shout from beyond the door and seventeen lightsabers snap-hissed to life; their wielders soon emerged from the doorway as Kolin and Master Fisto came to, and stood, facing Malus.
Kolin looked at Malus and was taken aback by what he saw. Malus’ eyes bulged, his lips were peeled back, his teeth were grinding together, and he didn’t notice the spittle which dotted his lips and chin. He was a madman, completely consumed by the dark side, a raging beast that could not be stopped by any mortal weapon. It was the most evil thing he had ever seen in his life, and if scared him. No, it terrified him, it showed him the true power of the dark side, and he began to wonder if the Jedi Order would eventually fall to the dark side, either destroyed by its iron fist, or tempted by its passion. Kolin hoped he would not live to see that day.
Two over-eager Padawans leapt at Malus, and were cut down viciously, they made the common Jedi mistake of under-estimating their opponent and quickly fell to the better warrior’s blade.
“NO!” The scream came from a male Jedi Knight, who had just seen his padawan, and his friend cut down in a single agonizing instant. A burning tear escaped his eye, and rolled freely down his cheek. He foolishly tried to rush Malus, but was restrained by two other Jedi.
It was at that moment that Malus—a warrior who was as powerful as a dozen rancors, as cunning as a Cerean, and as vicious as a Mandalorian—realized that the Jedi wouldn’t back down, and wouldn’t stop their assault until he was dead. He would die, but not without sacrifice, not without revenge. Perhaps Bane was right, perhaps he wasn’t the true Dark Lord of the Sith, there was another. Someone who deserved the title, someone who would destroy the Jedi Order from the inside outward, a warrior who could surpass even Master Yoda, a warrior who a child of the Force itself, a murderer whose name would be forever uttered in fear and cowardice.
