FXHOME Visionlab users... help? (fxhome site down and need assist)

Okay so I have a project up in DV here and the problem I'm facing is that after I render the output file I watch it and it appears all sped up! WHY?! My project window looks good and the framing is right, but I cannot figure out why the rendered file is all interlaced looking and sped up!
Any help would be great. I used my settings as progressive and 720x480 DV 29.97. I'm not running at 24p.
Thanks in advance!

You haven't changed the speed of your footage (by right clicking on the footage layer and selecting Set Speed...)?
What's your Render Settings?

The set speed settings are at 100% and never touched that part. The render settings are at SINGLE OUTPUT FILE and DIRECTSHOW .AVI. There's no other dropdown boxes.
Though something checked by default was the Re-TIME KEYFRAMES option. Man I dunno what I'm doing wrong. I imported the file, the video looks good on the import and the settings are identical that I can so far see.

Off topic a bit but, how do you like the new fx lab products?
I used to use alam dv 2 back in the day before switching to after effects and have been thinking about checking out the new ones.

Nien - I'm guessing you already tried removing and re-importing your footage?
