For me it depends if I want to color tone the entire sequence, or just a particular shot, if it's a sequence, then I'll usually do main corrections to each individual shot, mainly exposure adjustments in levels, then an overall color toning A.E. with the curves, levels, brightness, and contrast, and some saturation. But there's a bunch of techniques... It'll be interesting to read them. thinking

The way I tend to work is do a brightness/contrast adjustment in my NLE (Premiere) then export it & add any 'look' I want, as well as white balance adjustments, in After Effects. I do this by double keyframing since I could never get the whole dynamic link nonsense to work for me - time consuming, but it works.

Depends on what look you're going for, but levels, curves, hue/saturation and blurs all play factors here. Aswell as blend modes.

Jut put 'em all into one comp in AE, and then poke out all the eyes except for your uncorrected clip, and the one you want to match. Then apply CC to the clip on top, and then poke IT'S eye out to compare.

Rinse and repeat.

Okay, seriously dude, did you read ANYTHING posted??? Not to be a jerk, but It shouldnt be too hard to put one clip next to the other (you can move the little cursor from clip to clip to see a comparison)and color correct down the line each individual shot with CURVES...LEVELS...ah nevermind.
