Hey guys, the Mod Squad is doing reviews of all the moderators and this next bit has my name on it. You can read more about it here and also see some of the things brought up when Adam did his here. The way this works is you send feedback to an admin, then they compile it and pass it along to us without your names attached. So while you can always bring issues and discussions to us directly, this is your chance to say whatever you like to an admin in a structured format! 
In other news, I can't remember the last time I made a sticky thread.

It does not matter. Anyone of Administrator level will do. I specified ObiWan506 only so no one would need to learn about the JC administrative structure, Fan Films being a pretty self-contained kinda community.
Please note that Administrators have "Administrator" in their title. Managers (such as myself) or Moderators, not so much.
