Once we heard about Jerry Hofman and his alien video we decided to make our own. The local papers stated that experts have viewed the footage and stated it would cost $50,000.00 and years of effects experience to make an animatronic puppet the likes of which are in the video.
The key points of the "alien" were his head moved as if looking around, his cheeks moved as if breathing and hie eyes blinked.
Well we got together and spent no more than $3.00 and made our own viewable here on youtube and here on live video.
Well it was good enough to make 2 local papers, the article can be viewed here.
Watch it and tell me what you think.

You should submit this to digg, that original "authentic" video caused quite a stir on there back when it came out.
They should find this interesting.
