Music Video - Michael Jackson's "Scream"

OK, here's a deal. I got bored and started fooling around with the camera, then I thought I'd make a music video. As filming progressed I started to take it a lot more seriously. Hence, the dramatic change in the clothes I'm wearing.
Also, some of the lines may appear out of line with my mouth - that's Vimeo's fault! For some reason, it's out of synch by about 0.5 seconds.

This is pretty well done--you can certainly see how you started off jokingly and got more serious as you went along.

I've tried uploading it to YouTube, but it just stays on the uploading page for hours. The file is only 29KB in size. No idea why it should struggle, when YouTube's got a 100KB limit. Any ideas?

It could be the codec you are using for either video, audio or both. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's why the audio is out of sync on vimeo. Personally I've had perfect results with DivX for video and MP3 for audio. Of course that's only with youtube. I haven't tried uploading anything to vimeo yet.

Do you mean MB? And YouTube now has a 1 GB limit, actually.
