Does anyone have any good Premiere Pro export settings, it crashes all the time for me... If it doesn't the video becomes just weird, blocks and stuff. The only requirement I've that it should be an .Avi file (I hate .Mov).
Also, is there a quick way to export the video to Sony Vegas. I just... can't use Premiere, it's even unstable when I'm editing so I've to save every 2nd minute.

Premier crashing with avis? Maybe a bad compressor or check PC drivers and reinstall....
Most of my problems come when using lots of trasition effects, time warps, etc, it is better to render by parts and then assembly)
Premier is reliable most of the time on my applications..

If Premiere is so unstable on your machine that you can barely use it anyway, your problem probably isn't going to get solved with different export settings.
I'd suggest starting with a clean project file, doing a very simple test edit and trying a render.
If Premiere behaves, then gradually up the complexity of the project until it starts to complain, which may help pinpoint the problem. Might be a certain type of file format, or a certain effect, maybe even just a single file that's corrupt, etc. that's causing the trouble.
If Premiere is unstable even with the simplest of projects, then the problem is more likely a corrupted Premiere installation, or maybe a machine or driver issue.
You should also search the forums on the Adobe site. Every problem I've ever had with Premiere, I've found useful info in the Adobe forums, because every time, somebody somewhere has had the same problem.

Premiere Pro just won't work... It's like 20% chance of a successful save. Silly Adobe
Anyway, why didn't anyone tell me that Vegas was THAT good. Best software (editing) ever

Vegas is really good, but the integration of the Adobe CS3 package (Photoshop, AE & Premier)is untouchable...I mean, real time updates across programs is just the tip of the iceberg..
But, anyways, Have you tried FX_Guy suggestions to fix your problem?

Yeah, the integration is amazing between different applications in CS3. I got a few solutions from Adobe, some of them seems pointless (like restart your computer) but it's worth a try. And I'll contact FX_Guy is necessary.
