A matrix effect, how to?

I'm try to dupicate the part were smith and neo fight for the first time(subway fight) and Smith throws neo into the wall and punches his midsection like a million times super fast and then throws him into the news stand. I can't seem to figure this out. I tried a couple hours but nothing looks even close. Thanks.

I actually saw a tutorial for something like this on metacafe (maybe), but I don't remember what it was called so I can't really be a lot of help.
EDIT: This is it, actually. The effect isn't exactly like in the movie, but I'm sure with some tweaking you could improve it.

I imagine using a green screen would be a good idea for the guy getting punched. then use the link darth boba posted for the punching.

yeah i've gosted played with the mask works the best I guess it's just my camera that makes it crappy as it like 5 years old and lame man I need more $$$$$$$ ; 0

yeah I will in a little as I'm doing a 3d animiation ,a comercial, and real esate shoot so my plate is a little full at the moment but I'll post asap
