STAGE 6 REBORN?!

I may be a little late on this, but I just found this new site called stagehd.com
It has no affiliation with Stage6, but seems to look like it in every way. I knew there were other divx streaming vids out there on the web, but this seems to be just a damn perfect replication of the old site.
And to think I just migrated to Vimeo. Oh well, time to reupload my vids again...

It's not official, but the Divx approved replacement is called VReel.net.
It's probably just a clone of it thrown up on the web to replace it.

Awesome. On both accounts. hahaha i joined Stage6 and started uploading a movie the night before it closed down. Cant wait for that to be up.

I had a great run on stage6 and  ed when it went down.
God, I got so many great movies from that sight it was pure entertainment.

The community at Stage6 was absorbed by Veoh.com when it closed - looks like there are several offshoot sites as well now though.

Keep in mind that just because a site pops up saying it can do what Stage6 did doesn't mean it's going to last more than a month.

i wish at least one of these sites were stable like youtube... that way you wouldnt have to keep on re-uploading your material... plus it would save alot of time...
