	Ha, I was thinking on creating exactly that same thread! Thank you Adam... I would say that if we haven’t received an acceptance letter already, we won’t be in for this year (according with Guybrush, paperwork should be completed by June 11th!)... 	They sent the acceptance letter by email, gave me some forms to fill out for a deadline of June 11. Then I guess they send me a contract and I'll have to do a cue sheet for music and sound effects and all that other fun legal stuff before the short is posted. I don't know Darth Shinder, Lucas saw my entry in the 2004 awards....that might make him swear off watching anything I ever do again. I don't know, because they told Guybrush that they would be notifying all the entrants, telling them whether they made it into the finals or not, and I'm sure there's a lot of entries, because last year there were 40 finalists. And seeing as how Guybrush had his entry in, well, way WAY early, then they are probably going in the order they received them. I know myself and a few other cats who got our entries in within the last few days are all still waiting to hear something either way.

	I refuse to believe that nobody from TFN (who submitted _this_ year) has gotten in. This is not out of ego over my own project. I'm a big boy, I long ago came to terms with the fact that I might not get in. But this is the biggest community of SW fan filmers around, why would we not be better-represented? As such it would do my cold heart good to see a little more diverse posting in this here thread. We have hundreds of fan filmers submitting projects. I want proof, not leads. 	Guys, do any of you remember how you did the Cue Sheet for the audio effects like explosions, laser fire, ect. 	Hi guys, I was accepted too! Atom contact me beginning this week... lots of documents and legal details... in need of enlightment and advice, I start "googling around" and found this thread and this one.. ... I´m reading and catching up! A total newbie/rookie/noob here... I recognize some people from Atom, like spazweez, Knucklehead and other talents like Ryan and Dorkman or FX_guy from Pink Five... don´t know if I have seen the work of more people registered here.. you know the "multiple internet personalities" that everybody has! hehe. Anyway thanks for sharing your experiences, questions, doubts and everything else reading,reading Btw I just received the format for the music cues and tech specs, too... I was worried by the sound effects too and that why they told me... "we will need to make sure that absolutely all sound effects are from Star Wars, or that you created them yourself. So if you got all of the sound effects from Star Wars video games, then that is fine."" 	Semi-related note: I just got invited by Atom to participate in a fanfilm panel at 8:30 Saturday night at Comic-Con. I assume they came up with this idea by rolling their 12-sided die of Panels People Are Unlikely To Attend On Saturday Night At Comic-Con but whatever. It came with a free admission badge so I said yes.
