RKO281 as already stated the TFN main download server is a POS and the Emergency server doesnt have the Reciprocity triler anymore.

Lord Homer - Yes, I noticed the two trailers but the 2nd trailer has all the scenes from the 1st in it. So I just assumed that the 2nd trailer was the finished project. The trailer itself is quite an ambitious feat, much less attempting to create an entire fan film that way! So I had absolutely no idea that 'Son of the Suns' was an actual fanfilm.

The question of the trailer on the slow trailer brings me to another question. Scott are you going to have Reciporcity on your own server or TF.N Emergency server or what?

Well, at this point I'm assuming TFN will put up what they can on the slow connection. I don't have any kind of server space myself, so it will be up to the Emergency servers to host the film as they offer. Once I get everything finnished, I'll present it to TFN and we'll go from there.

has anyone else's film taken over 3 years to complete?

Many of the films still in preproduction now have been so since about 99 (mine for one) and so if you count that, yeah, lots.

Knightquest was three years in the making as well.

And wow, i didn't know Knightsquest took that long to do, but with that much CG I do see it taking a while.
