Hi,

Who is the Pacific Region RSA and what's the best way to get in touch with them? We've been wanting to make some changes to our forum such as the banner and sticky threads but not having any luck getting a hold of anybody.

Please help us, your our only hope.

I haven't spoken to him, but from his profile you can see that he was online yesterday. I suggest to give him a few days to answer your PM.
