The Planet of the Dead - Junior Jedi Knights, or Young Jedi Readers; cannot remember the exact series.
I love taking the piss out of the fact that the planet central to the story was called Necropolis, and the protagonists never twigged.

I think I'd probably pick someplace like Nal Hutta.
Seriously, though, Naboo seems nice, like everyone else has said. So does Endor, for different reasons. Those would be the "popular" choices for me.
For the more obscure, maybe I'd pick Camaas or Mon Calamari.
