how bad is the dropbear problem in Australia?
And why did Melbourne steal the Grand Prix race from Adelaide.
Formula one was better in Adelaide.

Or at least we havent been serious about it since the 1980's...

Australia has a wide variety of good, quality beers that does not include Fosters. Cascade, for example, is roughly ten times more enjoyable than Fosters.

Well, as Tyi said, Lamingtons are up there. JGOC also mentioned Vegemite - something which I love. It's great, but I'm not sure it qualifies as a delicacy. . . oh, and Pavlova is my personal favourite. Go look it up. A delicious dish.

Make sure you break it down to each individual Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Does Australia have the most number of athletes from one country in the Melbourne Commonwealth Games?

I have no idea. When I find out I'll let you know.
I found a list of the previous games tally. Australia had 82 gold, 62 silver, 63 bronze with 207 total.
Given the home advantage, I'm going to say that this time, Australia will get:
90 gold, 72 silver, 70 bronze with a total of 232 medals.
