Figured with a new year and many holidays coming up I would start another Banner contest specific to holidays.
Sure we have holiday banners that we use in all the forums but wouldnt you like one specific to the FFC? I sure would  LOL
At any rate - I encourage everyone to think about the upcoming holiday holiday and design away...... Just have fun! 
I copied and pasted the rules and such from the last one so here goes:
Before All the rules are laid out, just remember to be creative and have fun! Thats what its all about. I like to think that in the FFC we can express ourselves, let our hair down and have fun, this is just another avenue to do so 
So Good luck to everyone!
Take a look around the the different forums to get ideas or a feel for whats been done... or better yet what hasnt been done yet

And so it begins......................
FFC Holiday Banner Contest
We are taking submissions for a Holiday banner for the FFC Forum.
Holiday Banner - This would be the banner we would rotate during the holiday season. Since the next holiday around the corner is Halloween and xmas, We would ask for one focused on those holidays.
As each holiday approaches we will have a contest for that holiday banner.
*Keep in mind the deadline and what holiday might be coming up..... Halloween or winter, Thanksgiving, Xmas or even a Fall banner
This is your community so be creative and remember it will represent the FFC forum.
We also encourage that if you decide to create your own stylesheet, be sure to use plenty of color.
We are taking submissions from TBA
There will be only ONE winner. The Final 3 banners will be chosen from a panel of moderators in the OFH
and will then be posted here in the FFC for everyone to vote on. It will be applied to the FFC Forum as soon as a winner is announced.
Final entries have to be sent to Jedi_Dajuan via email (PM for that)

fanForce title should be visible.
The Fanforce Comms title should also be visible.

I may have a go if I find time. I will also pass this onto a friend who is crazy about making banners, so he will probably do one regardless. 
Are you able to give a list of the specific holidays coming up and that you wish banners for?
It's just that Valentine's Day has already passed, and St Patty's is extremely close....

well, we can do one each holiday. We can do a fuzzy bunny one or whatever everyone wants to do, at this point we dont have to do them in order
Due to the lack pf participation this has brought honestly I welcom ANY banner

I know that you mean every holiday... but that's exactly what I'm wondering. What are the holidays? I may not think of some because they are from other countries/places/etc.... I just thought that a mention of some would be useful.
Perhaps you should mention this in Communications or the Communications Banner thread?

Holidays that get banners:
Winter Holidays (ie not just Christmas)
Valentines day
St. Patty's Day
Talk Like a Pirate Day
Halloween
Easter/Passover (?)
If you decide to do banners for other holidays let me know, I'm flexible with that sort of thing personally, but I'd run it by the MS/OFH first. Also, *hint hint* if the banners are made generic JC/FF they might get more forum air time, meaning more than just FF might use them.
The forums as a whole are in desperate need of some new holiday banners.
Be creative, don't be afraid to try something different from what's been done before, worse comes we will ask you to tweek it to work better.

Looks good, Enigma. As a helpful hint, are you able to make the lightsaber that the bunny is holding a bit denser? It seems a bit... soft. And see-through.
If you find some more Star Wars images to put in as well, I think that would add to it.

Well, about the lightsaber transparency, here's what happened. I had the lightsaber and the bunny as two separate layers, and then merged them as one. After a while of editing the banner, I noticed the lightsaber's opacity was low, but I had edited too much to where I couldn't set it back to normal.
