John Guth founder of the Seattle Star Wars Society passed away on April 13th 2006 in Seattle. He was a really nice man and ran a really good fan force group until he retired from it a few years ago. We will miss him very much.

That's horrible news, Star Wars fandom will not be the same without him. sad I have talked with the guy many a time online over the years.

I saw this on tf.n news and looked to see if there was something in the Seattle forum. I am glad there is a place to leave our condolences.

I didn't know him but I am sad to hear of his passing. sad rose
