Well....
According to the movies, no he did not.
"Who was the father?" Qui-Gon Jinn
"There was no father." Shmi Skywalker.
However, I think once the Darth Plagues (sp?) book comes out we will find out that Anakin was concieved by the force at Darth Plagues's doing.
