Please, keep an eye on your spelling (you know that it is possible that there will be the time/question that I can't count a wrong spelled answer although I know it was just a spelling mistake).
Please, remember also to put your source next to each of your answers.

You can count the eyes technically to the brain, since it is origianly part of it. More or less.

Sorry to correct you, Sabine, but the right spelling is "Saleucami".
rebeljediknight_88, I think that's what one of the sources (books) said (we had that source among others too), of course the eyes are his original ones as well. But if the source doesn't state that, you can't blame anyone who quoted that source (we named the eyes as well, since we looked it up in different books)...

Does Anakin count as a survivng member of the Jedi Council?
He didn't technically die, but he was no longer Anakin, and was no longer a member of the Jedi Order when reborn.
And was he really an official member?
he was only put there because Palpatine had them put there.
Wikipedia says 2 surviving members were Obi-Wan & Yoda
But hey, I accept if the answer says otherwise.

Yep, I found the "short" answer and since I didn't want to fix my answer and in addition that the eye is part of the brain, I wrote just the short one.
But I have to say that it is normally better to look up more sources to find the most exact answer.
Anakin belonged to the Jedi Council because he get a seat there and was accepted, although he didn't got the rank of a master. Of course Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader, but he didn't die through the Jedi purge. He died in the arms of his son years later. So he was a member and survived it.
