Who would you want to see in a new Star Wars trilogy

If George Lucus had decided to create a final trilog of movies (Episodes VII, VIII, and IX) who would you want to see in it?
As for me, I think it would be a new generation of Solo's and Skywalkers. I would like to see an old Luke in at least the first movie to pass the tourch on. Out of the EU characters, I would love to see at least an older Mara Jade. I can't forget about Ankin, Jacen, and Jaina.

I would like to see the Thrawn Trilogy made into movies or at least Animated like Clone Wars.

Oh Yea, that would be great! Someone made a commercial for an animated fan film about the trilogy. When I first saw it advertised on superheroeshype.com, I followed the link and watched the trailer. I thought it was a professional animated series coming out. It was outstanding and it looked like something George Lucas's studio could produce. Unfortuantly I found out it was fanfilm. I hope he and his friends decide to put a series, because it looked awesome with Thrawn and seeing Mara Jade. Oh well, I suppose George will never get around to producing a series that takes place after the original trilogy.

Never say never. Think of the toy sales.
Remember Shadows of the Empire. Everything but the movie.
Anything to sell action figures.
Even an animated trilogy would have tremendous revenue from merchadise sales.

I hope that you're right. I would rather see an animated series that is post ROTJ instead of a series that takes place during the cloine wars. I can live with different voices for the main characters, but I would really want to see a post ROTJ animated series. Do the thrawn series, and beyond. Heck, I would take animated New Jedi Order series with the Yuuzhan Vong.
Your right, never say never. I said they would never make a movie on the Superman vs Doomsday series or better known as the death and life of Superman, but they've done it and we're just a few months away from it's releas onto DVD.

A movie about the X-wing books would be cool! 
Well, or anything after ROtJ.
I agree with you, mrjop2 I wouldn't want to see anything that takes place during the clone wars either.
