@Michi Check Wookiepedia out again. The information is there: General Ackbar on Wookiepedia You can find it in his biography, section "1.2 Resistance leader and slave (19 BBY – 1 BBY)"
Actually I thought the right answer would be his occupation as a leader of the calamarian resistance, as it is stated here, that he did not join the Alliance until the rescue of the calamarian council on Daluuj. But I trust in Sabines judgement here. 
@Senny As far as I see it, the source named on wookiepedia for the information on his enslavement is "The New Essential Guide to Characters " As I don't own this guide I cannot confirm that information, but I think it's save to assume that it's correct.

Yeah, I know, that it's stated on wookieepedia, but it doesn't state that he worked as a translator for Tarkin, just that he worked for Tarkin.

You are right! That information is actually missing, and up to now I haven't found any source for it. 
As this site names the "The Essential Guide to Characters" as its source, it would be best if someone who actually has this guide could check it out for that information to see if the guide really supports that claim or not.

I know, Michi, and it's great to see a bit life within this thread. In my view this discussion about the question 'where did what source got its knowledge from' is interesting. Although we all know that there's a beginning and at one time a source can't base its text on another source.

Before I show you the answers, I like to add that I deleted two questions, because they caused too much confusion because of being not clear enough.
The Answers:

The Results:
Colorful Lunatics --- 0 + 0 = 0
Midlandorians v4 --- 8 + 5 = 13
GSFF Nerf Herders - 8 + 7 = 15
Gjiiig -------------- 9 + 7 = 16
Although the Nerf Herders are racing faster (did they take some speed from the Midlandorians?), yet they aren't fast enough to get ahead of the Gjiiig. Let's see what happens next round!

What? Us taking speed from the Midlandorians? Um, no! We would never do such a thing! And don't listen to the rumors about us sending bothan spies into the Gjiiig-headquarter to get some of our answers right! No sir, we didn't! And, um, just in case someone tells you about us keeping the complete Colorful Lunatics-team in holding cells in our basement for the last 2 weeks for questioning concerning the trivia quiz, that too is of course an absolute falsity. So, we have nothing to do with them not submitting any answers here. Honestly!

7. Which vehicle was built by the Corellian Engineering Corporation and whose model is 1.94m long?
8. Who was named 'the mole' during production of RotJ and why?
9. Who swore Jabba a life-long dept for getting hugged by Jabba in a cold night?
10. What’s the main difference between male and female clothing of the Tuskens?
