Yes, sadly Darth Real Life seems to be getting stronger all the time...
18-19 degrees and sun? No fair! We've had about 5°C and rain all day long.
I do miss the winter, too... we got hardly any snow this year, and I much prefer snow over rain, I must say. All in all it's been way too warm and spring-like here as well. Can you say global warming?

I'm studying Pharmaceutical Sciences, Julia. Pretty good, but I've never worked so hard in my life.
I guess I'll be in Lisbon in July... I don't know for sure (yet) but I think I will. I mean, HP and the Deathly Hallows is coming out on the July 21st and there will be a huge party at FNAC (at least, I suppose; I mean, it's the last book) and I want to be there.
Just came back from Lisbon. First week of classes was... tiring
So, how are you people?

Pharmaceutical Science, huh? I had a feeling it was something with medicine. And I have no trouble believing that is giving you a lot of work. Especially since universities seem to enjoy putting the worst classes in the early semesters. To sort out some students already, I suppose.
Only two days of "freedom" left, then it's back to classes for me too... *sighs* Feels like I still didn't get anything done. As usual.
That would be cool if we could actually meet this summer. I still don't know when we'll be there, but I'll keep you posted. And a Harry Potter party at FNAC on the 21st of July? I'll have to keep that in mind, in case I'm around.
I did buy the last one there, actually. Spend some days in the Parque das Nações, reading it. Very nice place to be, only the book was a bit big to carry around all the time. Not that I would've wanted it to be any shorter.

I actually wanted to do Medicine, before. I don't want to, anymore. My point of view about it has changed a lot since I went to college. And I like what I am doing. Although it's tough, I believe that, in the end, it'll be worth it.
I have got a lot to study this weekend and, yay, I got sick! I'm sooo lucky!
Parque das Nacoes is beautiful! I love that place. It's a shame that it is so far from where I live. Okay, it's not that far, I just don't have time to do everything I want, while I am in Lisbon

Ah, then my memory was not totally off.
I know what you mean - computer science turned out to be different from what I expected too, but it's fun nonetheless. Well, at least sometimes.
Yay... wonderful timing indeed. Get better soon!
The day really should have more than 24 hours, don't you agree? I never get around doing all that I want either.

I totally agree. Especially when I was in school. (I'm glad I'm done, but now I'm bored out of my mind sometimes because I haven't found a job in communications yet. (Nor a full-time job.))
And Darth Real Life took me away, and like Nina suggested, I faught it of.
18-19 degrees? Burr! 5? Freezing!
I's supposed to get up near 50 at the end of the week and into next. (Warm, but not too warm, and I just don't feel like converting right now. )

Ah, but our temperatures are degrees Celsius, not Fahrenheit, Cindy. 5°C translates to 41°F if my calculations are correct, and 18-19°C equals around 65°F. Sounds better?
And I am constantly fighting Darth Real Life too. Sometimes I'm even successful, at least for a while.

It's been really warm in Portugal (well, at least in Lisbon and Castelo Branco), these days.
I've got two tests this week: Organic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry. It's going to be awesome... (or not... )

The weather is definitely getting better over here in Germany, too. We're getting close to the temperatures you had last time now. Definitely feels like spring.
Chemistry... uhh, not exactly my strongest subject. Never enjoyed it much in school, but that might be more due to the fact that the teachers were rather bad.
Well, anyway, hope your tests go well. (I'm glad I don't have any more exams until June/July myself. I had too much of them lately.)

Hey people =D
How are you?
I'm on Easter's holidays, only a week, but well, at least I'm at home. I've got lots of things to do, and all of them, ironically, involve college

Erika? Hey! Good to see you! How're you doing?
I hear you, Nessa... I've got a week "off" as well, but so far I've still been in university every day, studying for my various classes. No fun. I could use a break...
Hullo Miana, I'm not sure I know you (I need to come here more often ), but lucky you! Sounds like you had a good time.

Happy Easter
I've just decided that I'm only going back to Lisbon on tuesday. It feels good, to be at home And of course, at least while I am here I don't have to worry about cooking all by myself.

Hello people! I don't really have time to sit here (as usual...) since my spex (student show thingie, see here) group has to practise a lot this week, because of a little thing called a premiere next week... I really ought to get down there soon and rehearse. I'm getting a bit nervous, we haven't rehearsed all the songs yet (I'm playing the bass in the band) so this week is gonna be a bit stressful.
