Yep, it just started raining (heavily) here. I had to close my window and that's not normal when it 'only' rains.
Would be great! But I guess it takes a while until I manage to go to the US and/or Canada.

Rain rain rain. It's raining here too, and some thunder. Got caught in it om my way back from town, so I'm pretty drenched. Was a warm summer's rain though, so it's fine.

Warm summer's rain? That would be great. When I drove home, a not-so-nice autumn's rain caught me. Not as bad as a winter's rain, but by far not as nice as a summer's rain as well. And we are suppose to have summer... at least that's what my teachers told me about seasons back in school.

Camilla, what happened to it?
On Saturday when we were walking around the falls there was a warm rain. It wasn't raining that hard either. (No, it wasn't the mist from the falls. )
On Sunday it poured for a little bit, then it stopped, started again, and stopped, etc. It finally did stop altogether, but we were on our way home.
And boy did they drill us with questions when we crossed over the US border. If we were criminals, we'd be in jail, not at Niagara Falls!
*sigh* Gotta get my stuff ready for the fair. I submitted my papers last Thursday, and this Sunday I have to submit the stuff.

*hugs Camilla* It's not easy keeping an FF going... FF Sweden is struggling right now, not many meetings. We've had just enough to continue on, but there's not many people left now and well, no one really seems to be interested in organising any meetings. Oh well.

Great. Out of the 7 pictures that I entered, I got 2 ribbons, 2nd and 3rd place. I didn't have time to do much else, I was busy working. I'll see if I can get some pictures up of my pictures at the fair.
But I did get some ideas of what I can do for the fair next year. I'll have to write down the catigories on Thursday when we go back. I also told my mom that I should enter my spider plant that is in a hanging basket, she said no, but there was only one other hanging basket there, and I so would have gotten second.
And our favorite wing place had a concession trailer there. We are getting wings from Quaker Steak and Lube on Thursday.

My boyfriend and I were (indoor) rock climbing on Sunday. It was lots of fun, but now our muscle hurts - especially in the lower arms.
But I think we'll do it again sometime soon.

Only took me an hour and a half to sort through all the old cords.
But sure beats a laptop with a broken "d" button!
Now to load flash player, Quicktime/iTunes, etc.
*sigh*... tomorrow. Too tired now.

I'm curious!
We haven't done any pic of rock climbing. It's really exhausting, especially if it's warm, but I think it's also a good training, if you want to gain muscles and have fun getting them.
A new computer? I need one as well! Which is one of my next project.

A Sabine with colours! Congrats, girl! They look great on you.
I just came back from a small trip to the south of Sweden, and now I'm exhausted. My old neighbours were having their 60's birthday party there, and had invited all their relatives and some friends. It was really great, we did a lot of fun stuff, like bathing in the sea, playing charades and some kind of "laser skeet" (it was kinda like skeet but the rifle shot a small IR beam instead of bullets or whatever, and you got points if you managed to hit the target. I really sucked at it.) as well as getting a realy nice lunch and dinner.
Also had the time to visit the bird station there and ring some birds. And they promised to check if there was any available jobs there this autumn for me! Pay is pretty much non-existant, and it means woeking pretty much 7 days a week, starting at 4:30am, but it means being outdoors, and handling birds, which I like.
Anyway, since the train back home was delayed because of a bridge that wouldn't open, I'm rather tired now. And mad at the Swedish train company who won't give the money back, just a voucher for another train journey. Bah. I want money.
