Maybe for someone who lives in England. I had to change two planes to get there grin Besides, it's the most expensive city in the world, except Moscow. How about a celebration in Moscow? grin

I didn't think the queues were that bad on the friday ( compared to some film cons i've been to) but I agree they needed more ticket checking toll thingys. Half of the people were just allowed to walk through anyway!
Saturday was a different story as I said, queued for 45mins and it was far too over crowded. I got really angry at a queue jumper that day angry

Only problem is Oslo is fairly temperate compared to Finse (where they filmed the Hoth scenes). There'd be no snow shock

And the beer is apallingly expensive.

I'm one of the only Americans here and I have no idea what you're talking about. Sorry. laugh

Regardless of where it is next time, anyone want to either come early or stay late with me and do some sightseeing around the vicinity? grin Paris and London were fun, but it's so, so boring sightseeing by yourself for more than a day or two. I need to find someone to go with next time I do the tourist thing.
