Celebration 3 DVD

I think it will be a good idea if GenCon or starwarsshop.com make a DVD of C3. All the highlights
and shows for the 3.5 days.
Think of this..... not everybody could go to C3, so it will be a good Idea if they prepare a DVD of the convention. And for the people that are planning to go
like me ( from Puerto Rico )it will be a good collector item. With the DVD its like returning to the convention all the times that you want.
For the star wars fans there are two DVD ( when episode 1 was going to theaters ) " Starwoids" and " A Galaxy Far Far Away" you could buy it in any DVD store in the internet. Its a must have companion for the SW fans. And it will be perfect to add the C3 Dvd to this list. Its like when the super bowl ends that they sell the DVD of the game for all the football fans. What do you think...........MTFBWY....

Very cool idea.
It would take time to make it. so they could even put in any exclusive sneak peaks of EP3 we get to see 
It beats the footage that got on to kazza after SWC2.

If Im not wrong the DVDs are easy to make and copy so
i think that in 4 weeks aprox the DVDs would be ready.
If the DVD idea bacame a reality I know that hundreds of people will buy it. And who wins everybody. Us having the C3 DVD.... and they wining some extra money.
What can we do to pass this idea to the people in charge of the C3 convention.

I love the idea. I really hope they do this. It would be great for the people who don't go and the people who do.
Btw, Does anybody have footage from the events at Celebration II? I went there, but there's some stuff I'd really like to see again, but it would be a miracle if I could actually find the part where I asked a question to Rick Mccallum.

Well the important thing its to pass the idea to the
people in charge of the convention. Honestly this is a good one. I bet that thousands would be sell.
I hope that the C3 store manager at the convention
would take reservations for the DVD.
They have plenty of time to organize and make contracts to companies that makes DVDs.
Remebmer like I said before not every body could asist to the convention this is a way to share it for those that could not go.

i'd buy it, even if it was expensive. i'd like to see them do a really really nice one. maybe even two discs. it would be awsome if they put all (or at least some) of the panels and stuff on there.

Here is some stuff they could put on it...
1. A walkabout tour of the show floor
2. The actors reaction to seeing SO MANY Star Wars fans!
3. Like Zucuss said, even some of the panels
4. Costume Contest!! OR at least part of it!
5. Talk to the FANS!! Ask them where they are from, and other such questions!
I think that is all I can think of. Maybe we could add to this post, some other ideas to add to a DVD. So if you have any post away!

I would love to see that happen too.
I didn't get much in the way of photos at CII....
and usually camera gear doesn't fit in my costumes...
and ..I know that I missed a lot...
it would be a great keepsake to have a DVD that covers CIII from one end to the other....

With three or four camera men its all that they need.
I bet that they have aditional footage from the others two celebrations. So what they are waiting for.
Where I can place my DVD resevation???
