I wasn't.  I was thinking of $100 for a 4-day pass... (since the C2 passes were $75 for 3 days)
And thanks again for the time info, I think I will be able to sit here at that time and wait for the tickets to be released...

Tickets are not as much as i thought they where going to be. Plus I like the fact if you pre-order your ticket you are going to get the exclusive with no trouble.

PREDICTING INTERNET LOCK AT THE MINUTE THE TICKET SALES BEGIN. RECALL WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THEY OPENED THE SW SHOP? WILL THE SERVED BE ABLE TO HANDLE 30,000 PEOPLE BUYING TICKETS ALL AT ONCE? HOW WILL THEY KNOW WHO IS MEMBER AND WHO IS NOT? I HAVE TO CHECK MY INSIDER AND CARD. I DO NOT RECALL A MEMBER NUMBER.

FIANLLY!! The Star Wars Celebration HAS COME BACK TO INDIAPOLIS!!!! I got shivers when I read that the tickets were going on sale next week!! I am just so excited!!! Too bad it is still 7 months away. Oh well, in that time it will build the excitement of the show!!

Q: How to verify you are a fan club member?
A: You Hyperspace login, most likely (if you are not a member of hyperspace, you better be by tomorrow),FYI Hyperspace is now the offical fanclub and comes with the insider
Q: Can it handle 30 billions people at once. ?
A: I sure hope so , i have the SWC3 site set as my home page so hopefully if other people do that they will get a bigger idea of how bad they will get hit on monday
Q: Will they sell out early?
A: They prolly will not sell out, if you pay you will get in. Weither you get in to the hotel block is anohter story, first come first serve

Maybe someone here will be able to help me find the answer to my question.
With the hotel reservatoin code we're supposed to get when we order our passes, is that good for only one hotel rooms, or do you think you can reserve more than one room with the code?

the way it sounds, it should be many hotels.
but maybe they have different codes for differnt hotels.

When purchasing passes how do they know if you a fan club member, I'm buying passes for myself and two other, one who is also a fanclub member, how do I prove he's a member?

This question actually came up in 2002. They said you can't buy "fan club" tickets for others, that the only way to verify their membership is for them to purchase the tickets themselves.

I guess i'll just try logging in with their username and password and purchasing that way but i wonder if they'll let me use my credit card under their name? I guess i'll find out, the whole reason i'm purchasing them for this friend is he doesn't have a credit card.

According to the website they will accept mailed cheques/money orders as well as credit cards.

If I remember correctly when I joined up with Hyperspace, through SWshop.com you signed your name twice, once regarding your name as a member, and one with the name of the credit card holder, so that to me implies that it should be possible to buy a ticket for another person. I'm also having a couple of friends without credit card, so I will try to buy tickets for them.
