Hate to be the bearer of bad news but ....
Mark's International Fan Club - http://www.markhamill.com/frames.htm
states (on right hand of the pg. that he will NOT be attending CIV or CEurope Due to work and other time constraints
The site also says that Mark is no longer signing autographs [:(]
- It's been said that at C2, Hayden was there roaming the halls (although dressed as a stormtrooper)

We've known about Mark's 'Fan Club' announcement for quite some time, but there are still rumblings...
No matter either way - my enjoyment (and a slew of other's I'm sure) doesn't hinge on his attendance.

Looks like that also mean Mark Hamill has officially stopped writing checks if that's the case. If he stopped signing autographs then he may be in trouble later in life if he has to sign any legal documents, hehe jk...

I've gotten Mark Hamills autograph a number of times (including a picture of Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher as Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia that they bothed signed and both signed to me), just not in person and I've never seen him in person. I was really thinking that STAR WARS CELEBRATION IV could provide an opportunity to at least see him in person during a panel and/or possibly provide an opportunity to get his autograph in person and that it could possibly provide an opportunity to do both. Opportunities that I absolutely would not miss. 
Opportunities that I will not be missing with Carrie Fisher at STAR WARS CELEBRATION IV as I have two autograph coupons and two photo coupons to get Carrie Fisher's autograph in person and signed to me on two photos and me and my wife have reservation passes to attend Carrie Fisher's panel. We attended her panel at STAR WARS CELEBRATION II and she was absolutely great. 
We also saw her with a number of escorts in the hall near the STAR WARS CELEBRATION II store, near or at the end of that last day of STAR WARS CELEBRATION II and I got two pictures of her then and my wife was able to film her then (Carrie Fisher can be heard talking on the video). There were only two pictures left (if I remember correctly) on the roll of film that we had in the camera at the time (we got a digital camera before STAR WARS CELEBRATION III) and a little over a minute left on the video. We actually had to put another video in to get the rest of what all we got then (if I remember correctly). It was a matter of us being in the right place and at the right time.
STAR WARS CELEBRATION IV is getting closer!

I know at C2 Carrie wouldn't allow any photos, hopefully that has changed.
No one seems to want to meet the Golden One Anthony Daniels, the last time I met him was when he was doing the "Men Behind the Masks" tour back in the 90's. I took a picture with him and I am finally going to get it signed by him at C4.

These celeb's were the best at C3, in my opinion:
Ray Park - VERY Personable, even got out of his chair to pose with my entire family for a picture. He even said, you better take triples to make sure you got this moment. Plus, hes sexy...lol
Jeremy Bulloch - VERY personable, I had an escalator accident and pulled my ankle out, but he told me to take my time walker through the turns, that he will make sure we got a picture with him. CLASS ACT GUY and loves to Golf. Super Guy!!!
Tem Morrison - VERY personable, he even did a sexy pose for my camcorder, great moment, and he was such a great guy to talk to.
NOT SUCH NICE CELEB'S:
Billy Dee Williams - I have no desire to meet him again, he seemed almost bothered by signing, like he was doing you a favor. Plus, he said no pics with flash and we turned of the flash, but it still went off and he gave us the look of death, from underneath his sunglasses. I dont want to meet him again, very bad experience!!!
HOWEVER, There are many people that are great and nice to meet. The FANS are the best to meet. Sharing stories and the love of Star Wars is the best experience. Dont feel shy at that Con, get to know people, talk to people, I mean what else can you do in line at 4 a.m. Plus, share with people info. dont hold it to yourself, this way we can all have a good time!!!
I CANT WAIT TO MEET EVERYONE ON THE BOARDS...THIS WILL BE A TREAT IN ITS OWN!!!

The starwars.com site announced a nice list of tech people this week. I'm glad that they're not all tied up with the next Indy film. Give me animation and models and hardware.
The Robot Chicken stuff sounds interesting, though I'm working at a fan table during most of their presentations, which is OK, since I don't know what Robot Chicken is. But I'll look for the show.

My most memorable moments from C3 were actually talking with the other fans in line, not necessarily meeting all of the actors. Jeremy Bulloch, Temura Morrison, Ray Park, and Garrick Hagon were all class act guys though.

Seth Green is my fave actor, so I am thrilled that he'll be there!! Yay!
Now if only my fave actress was going to be there too (Natalie Portman), I'd be set.
