I jsut received this email about badges:
Star Wars Celebration IV Update Regarding “Ship to Me” Badges!
Badge Ship-Out
Due to an unfortunate delay in receiving packet materials, badge ship-out was delayed. Badges are currently in the process of being shipped and started to go out the week of April 23, 2007. If you selected to have your badges shipped to you and you do not receive your badge by May 14th please contact Aleta Mullen at customerservice@gencon.com and she will be happy to assist you.
Fan Club Membership Verification
If you do not receive your Fan Club lanyard and Friends & Family coupons with your badge in the mail out packet despite being a Fan Club member please see the Fan Club Information booth onsite at the Convention Center. Upon verifying your membership you will receive your lanyard and coupons. If you are interested in purchasing a Fan Club membership while at the show, please go to the Badge Registration booth to purchase your membership.
It would seem that they are making an effort to catch up with everyone that has inqured about the badges.

Hmmmm, just a little too coincidental that most fans here figured he would be a pending GOH, and low & behold his name surfaces in connection with a different CIV update. 
That sneaky Billy Dee...
Giess we'll just have to wait & see for the final two official OPX announcements.

I would think if he was a GOH then it would have been announced that he was a GOH first and then this panel would have been announced after the fact.. and you have to remember some actors don't do the whole sign for coupons autograph thing.. they will only sign for free.. or they won't sign at all.. or whatever their particular thing is...
but as for BDW I am merely guessing.. but surely they would have announced if he was the GOH before the panel news came out..wouldn't they??

BDW I think is a GOH, but Ben is more then likely waiting for either tonight or the other person to announce it. I can't see BDW turning down the opprtunity to sign and make some cash, what else does he have except a guest apperence on "Lost".

I heard that but noticed nobody mentioning it. I wondered if it was taboo to post information released on the Forcecast prior to the official release. I am really glad they're coming. It's a don't miss attraction.
