Well, I got mine last week, all fine, lanyard, F&F tickets... Except that as I live outside the US I'm meant to collect them at will call, like I did at C3! My Other Uk friend received just his 4 day pass, no lanyard, not F&F!

Well, I haven't received my badge yet. I've called GenCon, but apparently they only have ONE person handling calls. This isn't looking good, seeing as I fly down to California on Saturday! This is terrible

Me posted:
Um, I didn't get my PASS for CIV. I could care less about the lanyard. I want my PASS. If I can't have my PASS sent to me before I leave, I want a full refund of the $110 I spent. The whole point of pre-ordering was so I wouldn't have to wait in line. This is totally unacceptable. I have every intention of contacting the BBB if my PASS isn't sent to me.
I received the store Quick Pass in the mail packet they sent to me. I realize I could take all my confirmations to the Will Call line and the Star Wars Fanclub booth but that is an unacceptable alternative.
One other thing, there is no way to PROVE I didn't get my pass. I could have my pass and take all my confirmations to the Will Call line to get ANOTHER pass for free so somebody else who lives in the area could get in for free.
Just something to consider...

still nothing here but my friends all got thiers and i ordered mine before any of them and it is not ABC order cause mine starts with an O and my friends begins with a K and the other is a T so that idea is out the window. stupid Gencon

Man, I sure hope somebody from Gen Con is reading these posts. Sounds like they royally screwed up this whole badge shipping process. I wish you all the best of luck with Will Call.
Note to Gen Con: Allow yourself more time for shipping/unexpected delays in the badge shipping process for C5 and C6.
All the more reason why the cut-off date for shipping badges should have been March 1st at the latest, and not March 30th.

The Ticketing should be handled completely seperate from organising the event.
Good point on the taking all yer confirmations and getting a ticket at Will Call even if you've already got it. The bagdes aren't serialised in any way are they?  To me that's a major flaw and should have been thought of.
