At C III no one was enforcing the skyways on the weekend.  So, we missed the hundreds of people standing in line and waltzed right in.

I can assure you that your badge was indeed mailed out absolutely no later than May 4th however I do not control the distribution of mail from the USPS. As we don’t want any of our attendees, who paid to have their badges shipped however did not receive them in time for the show, miss out we are willing to put together a packet that can be picked up at the Will Call booth. If you are unwilling to wait in the Will Call line that is your choice however I will not be issuing a refund for your badge as the badge was sent to you. I am 100% willing to refund your shipping and handling cost if you do pick up your packet at Will Call but these options are all that I can offer. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reply to this message or reach me at the number below.

It wasn't in the packet that I got. All that was in my packet was the Quick Pass for the store. There was no CIV pass, fanclub lanyard, or Friends and Family coupons. That has nothing to do with the USPS. Putting off blame on the USPS when the packet wasn't finished before it was sent out is irresponsible and shows an unwillingless to admit your own error. Unless you're implying the USPS went into my packet and took out everything but the store quick pass, this is clearly on GenCon and whoever put my packet together. Standing in line for something I paid to have shipped to me is completely unacceptable and a breach in contract. Having the shipping charges refunded as an option is laughable when the packet I received wasn't complete. We'll see about getting my money refunded. It's in the hands of the Better Business Bureau now.

I know you are missing badges and everything but the poor woman has only been in the job for a month or so and it seems she has been pushed into the deep end from the word go. When I spoke to her the other day on the phone she told me she will be going to will call on monday and run through the whole list of everyone attending and making the packets up herself.
Are you not going to CIV now salty??

For some strange reason, I got my badges in the mail today!
It's strange because I chose "Will Call" as the delivery option, and I live in Mexico, wich was supposedly not available for mail delivery.
This is bizarre...
