Awesome job, I wish I lost that much! I'll have to settle for the 32 and holding mark for now.... Come June I get into heavy training for a 15K though, so that should jumpstart things again. Great job to everyone, even if you didn't lose weight yet adopted healthier habits, success is achieved.

Weighed in yesterday, lost a few more pounds, so down 17 in total. Still need to go more though =/

Well, my new job has helped me lose a lot of weight. I walk around the lot A LOT. I'm now back into my old close that I had bought before I got laid off, gain weight from the depression. I even broke the 180 lbs last week. I don't think I've done that in over ten years! Great job to all! Let's keep up the good work even after C4.

I only needed to lose 5 for the 30th and I did it by changing my diet ever so slightly. The weather helps, too, i walk EVERYWHERE.

Good job everyone happy

Well, I'm down 12 pounds and that's probably where I'll stay -- but my clothes fit better and it's 12 pounds less to lug around walking! I certainly feel lighter! Now I can buy 12 pounds of goodies and come out even...

Well nobody probably checks this board anymore since C4 is over with, but I had to share an accomplishment with you all. As you probably know I did manage to lose 36 for the 30th, and last Sunday I ran a 15K race (9.3 miles) and was extremely excited to finish in 1:56:06. I was really thrilled to finish the race in the first place, and to finish in under two hours (which was kind of my dream goal) was even sweeter! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer happy

Xtine, that's smashing news! I'm very happy for you and all the folks who worked at getting the weight off. It's truly an accomplishment.
