As my little group is leaving LA on the Wednesday after the convention, we are going to the 8pm showing on Tueday May 29th, Balcony, row AA, seats 105, 106, 107. Front row of the balcony, no heads between me and the screen!

Woohoo! Got my ticket for the midnight showing on the 25th. Row F, Seat 110. The guy on the phone said "You're going to that Star Wars thing aren't you?" LOL!

This may be a little off-topic, but I was watching "SP FX: The Empire Strikes Back" hosted by Mark Hamill. At the beginning of the documentary, Mark is sitting in a theater that looks like the El Capitan. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

My sister and I have spent the last few weeks watching the El Capitan site and the Pirate boards for info and now it appears that the fans on this board were way ahead of the rest!!
I am very excited to say that we now have tickets for both the marathon and the midnight screening, (in my excitement I forgot to ask where the seats were. All I know is that we have seats on the lower floor for the marathon - if there is a special guest we want to be close and the balcony for the midnight show). And of course our tickets for CIV.
The only problem is that as we are travelling from Australia, we will be very limited on which costumes to bring, however my Pirate jacket is my favourite at the moment and there are few places that I wear it back in Australia. Where as with my Star Wars costumes, there are plenty of opportunities for example, we are holding a 30th Anniversary banquet in Melbourne later this year - so the Pirate costume wins.

You can take the subway to the theater, but you won't be able to get back, unfortunately -- the last train from H&H is at 12:58 AM.
Might think about taking the train down, and then cabbing it (with a couple of buddies) for the ride back.

How come you are only limited to one ticket purchase online? If you buy the VIP ticket for one online can you buy a second one when you get to the theater to get seats next to each other?
Or is it recommended you call by phone or something to get multiple seats?

Yep, I just confirmed it, you'll be directly behind us. Also Darthkat will be in the row directly in front of me 2 seats to the right, and Leia214 will be in the exact seats we are in 4 rows in front of us. Looks like a Jcer party. Although I've been advised not to wear my JC badge while touring downtown, I think I'll put it on once I arrive at the theatre so you guys can spot me.
