Amidala - I received my two badges yesterday afternoon, and let me say they look AWESOME. I received badge #17 and #18, which I believe are the first available badge numbers for fans, right? Weren't numbers 1-16 reserved for special people?
You did one heck of a great job designing them. Adding the black felt backing to prevent the badge from catching on your shirt was a great idea. Also, the weight of the battery enclosure on the bottom helps prevent the badge from twisting on a lanyard and facing backwards. Another great design idea.
All in all, an excellent badge and you should be commended for a job well done!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments I have been getting, it makes all the work truely worth it. All the badges have been sent out and everyone should receive them shortly. Let me know when you get them, if you do not receive your badge by next week please PM me so I can re-check the logs and make sure I got your order. I cannot wait to see everyone in them, it will be a real treat. The rest of the badges have begun to be listed on Ebay. I love all of you and thank you so much for understanding the long wait. I am going to go collapse now...nighty night!!!!

THE BADGE ROCKS!! I got it in the mail and it is perfect. I put batteries in it and it lit up. The colors are awesome and bright and I can't wait to put it on my badge. One question...How would one place this on their badge? LOL i saw no hook or clip or anything. LOL

Buggy, I just got two Star Wars lanyards and attached my wife's badge and mine to each lanyard. So you'll wear your CIV badge/lanyard set and the custom badge/lanyard set.

Good to know I just worked it all out on my C3 badge to see how it fits. I LOVE IT! LOL It was very simple and before I was complicating things. LOL
