So, as mentioned in the Singles thread, Luke Backpacker will be coming to C4!

Luke started off here in Everett, has been up through Canada and is currently criss-crossing the US collecting souvenirs and doing good deeds Such as appearing in a food bank commercial in Calgery, and raising money for the Susan Komen Race for the cure in Tuscon (Drop a few beans in his sponsership bucket here: http://sazraceforthecure.kintera.org/faf/r.asp?t=4&i=219337&u=219337-171524396&e=1032728147 )
Eventually. Luke and all his amazing swag (including a button autographed by Dan Logan) will be auctioned off to help raise money for Make a Wish or the like.
Which brings us to C-4.
I'm only one person and as I'll be spending a lot of time volunteering myself (Most if not all of my Official Pix comp autographs will make up part of Luke's swag bag)
I'd like to know if there are volunteers to help show Luke around?
I know there is someone who will be taking him to Disneyland as I won't be arriving until Thursday, but perhaps a side trip to Pirates? An author Panel?
The ONLY concerns I have -
1) People MUST be prepared to surrender any cool things Luke collects - it's all ment to be a part of a larger package.
2) He MUST be either returned to me or the Fan Force Table (which would probably be an excellent 'home base' for him) before the end of the convention - in fact, I'll probably have people 'sign him out' from there.
3) He MUST 'see'/be photographed etc - not be stuffed in a hotel room or suitcase and forgotten.
The fan forces Luke has visited have raised the bar pretty high - are you up to the challenge?
Note that as Luke is on a 'mission', anything collected for him is a donation* on your part - he has trouble with the currency exchange so you'll have to help him out, but Photos and Freebies are cool too!
*This is a nice way of saying "everyone/thing has been donated for Luke's journey, and no money will change hands period - M'k?"

Hi Breezy! I'll gladly help out with Luke at C-IV. We're old friends! He stayed with me back in February. Of course I'll happily defer to anybody that hasn't had the chance to enjoy time with him yet, but will fill in if needed!

Breezy, might I recommend doing a sign in/out sheet for Luke at the table? Make people give their screen name, real name, and cell number. I can keep that out of sight, but that way we can keep better track of him in the madness.
