I used the program that came with my all-N-one HP printer. Look and see if your printer has something. If not try a Kinkos/Fedex store, they might be able to help.

paint would not read it on my computer. I have not tried my HP software that I got with my printer yet. I will attempt that next 
however if all else fails.. just type up your info in wordpad and print it and then add it to the printed nametag and laminate that way.

I just got mine and my husband's nametag printed & laminated at OfficeMax for $4.17 a piece. The hardest part was trying to configure the file at home with Photoshop.
If you are going to get your lamination done at a business, make sure to tell them to include a laminated border on the top part of the badge to make room for the hole punch. We didn't think of this until after, so we're stuck punching a hole through the image.

I actually thought about the hole punch issue ahead of time. That's why I put some space between the FanForce words and the top of the image.

Color for sure. At Kinko's you can even use Photoshop on the computers to personalize your badge and then print it out on a color laser printer.

I took mine to be laminated at my university it took less than 5 minutes! All I need is a lanyard to attach it and I am all set! OMG! Only 16 days, I better start packing. LOL!
