I'm sorry I had to cap it, guys. We were planning on a max of 100 people, but only had leway of 25. We've hit that.
If you got your info to me, either posting here or PMing me, before 7 last night, I got you on the list. For everyone who got it to me after that, we're starting up a waiting list for if people drop out/don't pay in time.
Also, because of the extra people we've added, we had to order more food, and thus, everyone has to pay more. Don't panic; it's a whole $3. So, the final cost is $28. As soon as I have the payment info, I'll let you guys know.
Also, if you have more than one person in your party, PLEASE PM ME THEIR FIRST AND LAST NAME. Because of the limited space, we have to have a "bouncer" to make sure there's no crashers and stuff.
The dress is whatever you want; casual, semi-formal... just wear clothes of some kind.

how about cinespace? did you try them?
EDIT 2 = "THE 8500 SQ. FT. VENUE CAN ACCOMODATE APPROXIMATELY 500 PEOPLE.
screening room = 100 people seated, 150 with additional furniture, and 250 combined seated/standing
lounge = 100 people seated and 150 combined seated/standing
patio = 60 people seated and 150 combined seated/standing
EDIT 1 = I just got a response from Cinespace and here's what they said.

I would need a little more information in regards to your event in order to
give you a quote. It depends on a few factors, such as the date, how many

Wow -- they told me they had a wrap party that night, so I didn't pursue it. But don't forget you have to factor in the cost of rental -- and the food would have been very expensive (look at the menu that Miana has). The Cinespace menu is something like $24 per person for only TWO items.

I didn't give them a specific date. I said either Friday or Saturday. And besides, I'm just trying to throw stuff out there, since WAY more than 125 people want to go. Personally, I think that's a pathetic number and someone should have taken this all into consideration much sooner. I'm willing to pay more for a bigger space and to be able to hang out with more people. We don't even need to go with their package deal. Just have people show up, and pay the entrance fee to get in. If they want food and drinks, they can pay separate for that.
