Got in from the wait list to the will call list
YES!!!
Hi John,
I am pleased to inform you that you are now off of the wait list and will be able to attend the CIV party. Since it is too late to send you the passes, your name will be on the will call list. All you will need to do is show your id at the door. You can bring 1 guest but that guest will need to be with you when you enter the party.
Shuttle buses to the party will be picking up outside of the convention center starting at 7:15 PM. They will be going back and forth until 10:30 PM. When you are ready to leave the party, just catch a shuttle bus back to the Convention Center. The buses are double-decker buses and will be marked “Master Replicas”.

My SW travel buddy is also on the wait list. I will have to tell her to check her email and see if she (we!) can go! I wonder how many folks are going to get to opportunity to jump from the wait to will call list.
