Hi everyone. I decided to make a thread about the Biltmore hotel to know if we can do something, and what are your plans?
Besides to meet new fans from SW in the hotel 
Where are you traveling from?
Are you wearing a costume in Celebration 4?
Are you going to use the hotel shuttle?
How long you are going to stay in the hotel?
It is your first big SW celebration?

I don't know what else.

Hi there,
I will be there from Friday to Saturday. I'm coming down from Tracy, California. If it gets done, I'll be in an Imperial Officer's Uniform. This is my first big SW Celebration, and first big convention in general. Hotel shuttle is a definite!
I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of new people and hopefully making some new friends while we're there!

Iam flying in fronm the UK on the 23rd and i will be at the hotel until the 29th this is my second celebration and Patty and Tacblue you are more than welcome to drop by my room and say hello,btw my costume will be that of a Dark Jedi Knight

Hi, my better half and myself are flying out of JFK by way of Stroudsburg, PA. This will be our fourth Celebration, prefered Indy(rather drive than fly) but couldn't miss it. No costumes but will be wearing a Jean jacket with Return of the Jedi poster painted on the back.

I'm there with hubby from Weds - Mon. I live in L.A., but I wanted to immerse myself in the fun!
EDIT -- I'll post more later, but as you can see I'm the CR for the Los Angeles Fan Force, so I'll be happy to help with questions!

I am coming from Modesto by train. I am still don't know my room number because I got it by Gecon.
I will be a general jedi and my son will wearing an Obi-Wan Kenobi's outfit. 
Is my second Celebration and the first one for my son.

Thanks for the warm greetings folks! I'm taking a break from finishing up my costumes to check the boards, and I realized I never finished answering the OP questions...
Where are you traveling from? Los Angeles, specifically the San Fernando Valley area. Those hills you see burning on the news? I live on the other side of them! It's about a 20 minute drive from downtown, traffic permitting.
Are you wearing a costume in Celebration 4? Yes, but only part of each day -- that's one reason I wanted a room nearby: so I could change! I'm bringing: light Jedi, dark Jedi, Jawa, X-Wing Pilot, Rebel Fleet Trooper.
Are you going to use the hotel shuttle? You bet! I've walked those blocks downtown before, and they're longer than they look on the map!
How long you are going to stay in the hotel? Weds - Mon. Check-in time is apparently 3 pm, but I'm attending the movie marathon so I'm not sure exactly when I'll be there.
It is your first big SW celebration? Nope, went to CIII in Indy! There was a large group of us from the L.A. Fan Force who flew out together!
Are we going to give ourselves a silly name? Like Biltmorons or something? Okay, maybe not that, but Biltmoraanians might be fun!

I heard there would be a changing area at the convention (still a rumor?) but one of the reasons this L.A. resident got a room was for the comfort of changing there! I'm going to happily take the shuttle in costume. There will probably be quite a few of us doing that!

Jedibith,Patty i will be going in costume next Friday as its anniversary day but next Thursday i will be in my civvys as i would have had a long flight the previous day and all i will want to do is chill a bit, i will be travelling on the shuttle on Friday in costume as well,can i ask a favour,will you do some pictures at the hotel of me in my costume ? If so i will return the favour ,look forward to seeing you both!!

I will be dressed as an X-Wing Pilot that day (I have a distinctive airbrushed starfield on my helmet) and will be getting up at the crack of dawn for the Rebel Legion photo shoot. But I'll be glad to help anyone out who asks for help with a photo. Actually, I'll bet any fan you ask in the lobby would be glad to help out -- I think we Star Wars fans are cool that way!

My boyfriend and I recently switched hotels and now we're staying at The Biltmore. We're traveling from Long Island. I'm going to be dressed as Classic ANH Leia at least one of the days. This is my second Celebration (I was also at C3), this is his first. I'm going to use the shuttle to get to and from the con.
